Yep reiterate all the other posters - look at their website and ask why they don't mention charges and commissions - it's probably because they'll take the lot.

This 'company' has been scamming multiple people with crypto scams, trying to get them to invest in fake or fraudulent crypto schemes. They operate out of Austria on their website, but people are getting persistent nuisance calls from all over the place.
They have been reported to Action Fraud & the UK police for investigation.

I'm afraid my experience matches other commenters on here. Such an absolute nuisance! Stop spamming people with rubbish crypto.
Spam phone calls about crypto, repeatedly call stating I have requested information from a burner mobile number, (I have not) block the number and repeat. Rude call operatives and a terrible experience.
