Unclear prices until the last moment at the checkout and payment page. Then obscenely outrageously expensive. Feels like a scam

Extremely disappointed with this company.
I purchased a prescription from them on the 26th of June and raised a complaint on the 5th of July. As of today, I am still waiting for a meaningful response from their customer service. They have completely failed to uphold their own 14-day money-back guarantee, which is clearly advertised, yet blatantly ignored. It's now well past that timeframe, and I've received nothing but silence or vague replies. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and does not stand by its own policies. I strongly advise others to stay away.

Ya’ll the worst of the worst, how is it that my order is still in the pharmacy for like 4/5 days and i’ve never recieved it.. like yoooo

Very bad! Did a very too high consult but okay and then ever that a huuuuge payment for of only 20 pills (online it’s cheaper but I wanted to go safe). Then the waiting time???? Absurd. Payed for everything already 2 days ago and it’s still ‘at the pharmacist’. If that’s hopefully finally AFTER THAT within 3 weekdays AFTER the weekend with me. Absurd. Especially if they’re saying on forehand otherwise.

They booked me and my husband for cleaning and then ten mins before the appointment tell us that insurance doesn’t cover the cleaning if nurse does it . We agree for the Dr to do the cleaning as it was covered by insurance . We waited at the clinic for an hour and our turn didn’t come . We we re expected to wait another 20 mins .
Why would you book people if you don’t have staff , why should people have to wait so long for their turn in a private clinic .

Dentist Mahmoud Alkheder (Blue Clinic) in Istanbul Turkey lacks any bedside manner. He doesn't respect patient privacy and confidentiality, he allows family to enter the room and sit and talk whilst working on you. He gets distracted by staff asking questions which resulted in him making mistakes on my teeth. He gets very angry when things aren't going right, for example my teeth didn't fit due to him making bad impressions and the lab making the wrong size teeth. He used a grinder in my mouth too make the teeth smaller so they would fit which took away the natural bite. The rear teeth are many shades different to the front teeth. I was never told what to expect on my visits and had to ask all the questions as he was not informative and would not speak in English or use an interpreter which they tell you is included in the money. Absolutely disgusting clinic and service, do not recommend at all.

The whole experience with them was great
The doctor the nurse the whole staff everything was so organized
The clinic is very nice clean and self calming
I did a teeth whitening and I’m super happy with the results

I came all the way from England to do me teeth, it was a great experience
