Absolutely fantastic organisation of our cruise. We're confident travellers - been all arround the world on self organised trips without a travel agent, but we saw that you can sometimes get good deals on cruises with them so enquire - Daniel was fantastic. He pointed out great flights we could book ourselves with our avois points, but when we changed our plans, he was ready to jump in and sort them out. Our single complaint was that he booked us too much luggage - but that is absolutely not a problem imo!

The cruise was fantastic and he gave excellent advice and made sure we had a really great room on the ship - but wasn't pushy with upsells or trying to get more ££ out of us.

If you're someone who normally organises their own holdiay, trust Daniel & blue den to exceed all your expectations.

(we specifically booked a virgin cruise which we'd also reccomend if you're the kind of people who see cruises as fancy backpacking)

Daniel made our travel far easier, as we are senior/senior citizens and we need all the help we can get. We will certainly use Daniel whenever we can travel again. Polite, professional and a travel agent who goes the extra mile to satisfy his clients requirements.

I usually don’t write reviews — only bad ones, to be honest — just to warn others when something goes wrong. I’m always so busy that writing a good review just doesn’t make the cut. But this time, I had to make the time.

Daniel truly deserves the praise. From the very beginning, he was attentive, responsive, and incredibly patient with all my (sometimes silly) questions. I’m juggling so much that I kept forgetting details, but he stayed on top of everything for me. And in the end? He found me the best deal, at the best hotel I could have hoped for in Cyprus. It was exactly what I needed — and more.

I highly recommend Daniel and his services. I’ll be using him from now on, no question about it. My only regret? Not finding him sooner.

Our experience with Blue Den Travel was excellent and we were very impressed with Daniel's knowledge and professionalism through the entire process.

We booked a family holiday to Gran Canaria to meet up with family friends who had already booked their holiday through another provider. This meant some key constraints on the date and location but Daniel was able to work around these to find a few great options that fit our needs. His extensive knowledge of the flight and resort options in Gran Canaria allowed us to find the perfect holiday and at a cheaper price than our friends paid. It was also our first holiday abroad with our 1 year old daughter so being able to consult with an expert about the best options to pick for the travel and stay was invaluable and made us feel much more confident going into the holiday. His top tips were also very helpful!

Overall, we are extremely happy with the service we received and will definitely use Daniel and Blue Den Travel again for future holidays.

Daniel is fantastic and so knowledgeable, and it’s clear from speaking to him that he understands the benefits and drawbacks of the different options available - in our case on Crete.

His experienced insight into the logistics and best way to structure a trip in order to tick all boxes helped us massively to get the most out of our holiday. Daniel also secured us a price lower than what I’d seen on Expedia and a couple other similar sites, which I did not expect.

Overall we had a great experience and we’re very thankful to Daniel and Blue Den for their help.

I don't normally use travel agents because past experiences haven't lived up to my expectations. Daniel has changed that. I booked a 9-day, 2-centre holiday for 2 people to Tromso and Oslo, Norway. My experience with Blue Den Travel was excellent from start to finish. I wasn't sure whether I wanted to do a cruise or a package holiday, and Daniel took me through all the options and helped me to decide on the package option as it suited our needs the most. He also provided excursion suggestions to suit my health issues and a travel insurance provider that catered for them. The hotels he recommended were luxurious and had great sea views. The holiday didn't go quite to plan due to the weather (lack of snow, would you believe!) but we had a wonderful time. We had 2 mishaps - missed our Fjords boat trip and lost an airport transfer ticket, but Daniel was there at the end of the phone and sorted it all out for us. The price quoted was very competitive (though not the cheapest) and he also gave me extra discounts and price-matched our pre-flight hotel. He is calling me next week to catch up and hear our experience of our holiday, and of using Blue Den.
I highly recommend Blue Den and will definitely be going to Daniel for our next holiday abroad.

Blue Den Travel arranged a European capital tour for us. We visited Prague, Vienna and Budapest. They were amazing, organising everything down to the smallest details. Each hotel was great, 10/10 for locations. Train times between countries was arranged and everything ran smoothly. We will definitely be using them again.

Booked here when I was looking at options for a group trip for a few days over the Summer. I'd definitely recommend as it was very quick service from quote to booking, easy to pay and I'm very happy with the price we got too - Daniel ensured there was and (excellent!) breakfast included and we had the sort of room we wanted.

I used them for a group booking travelling for a wedding. Everything was easy and smooth to sort out and the hotel was great and very good value. It's clear that Daniel takes great care in providing attentive and personalised service. Will look to book with them again for my next trip.

Went to Cambridge, booking through Blue Den Travel, who found us the perfect hotel exactly where we wanted to be. The service and advice we got when booking was exceptional. We had a fantastic weekend break and have already booked our next vacation through Blue Den Travel !

Daniel was patient and flexible from start to finish. Communication was above and beyond expected. We did come with a few challenges as we were very set on our budget and expectations but Daniel kept working until we found the right booking for us. We encountered some
problems with the hotel but one message to Daniel and they were sorted the next day with an additional bonus of late check out for the inconvenience. Already discussing our next booking and excited to work with Daniel again.

This was my first time using a travel agent and I cannot recommend Blue Den Travel enough. It was so refreshing to just jump on a call and have the best options worked out for us instead of spending hours battling with awful airline websites and their hidden fees…

Daniel was amazing, he listened to exactly what we wanted and made lots of really helpful suggestions based on his experience and local knowledge (having actually been there before!)

The hotel really spoiled us and so did Daniel - we were slightly overwhelmed by all the options and asked for a lot, but he made our choices straightforward and sorted everything for us.

Will 100% book with Blue Den Travel again - looking forward to a ski trip in winter and then our next summer holiday! I’d previously manually booked holidays bit-by-bit myself before, but have been amazed at the service and the prices Daniel has been able to get us.

Consider me converted to using Blue Den Travel!
