Regarding the negative reviews, I'm not sure what people expect from the product, if people expect it to be very similar to another "herb" then sorry but you will be disappointed, if on the other hand you do some research in to what they sell then you shouldn't be disappointed :-)

I had an issue with the smoking product and they said they will a better blend and i followed them up with it. They haven’t replied and left my unusable product. I believe the only way they received 5 stars is is because there customer are high

I initially ordered 6 but I ordered on the UK website, I live in the US. I reached out to support, they got me straight, transferred my order and actually sent me extra which was dope. Product works, I’m actually remembering my dreams now.

The cigarettes don’t work until I get to the end of it. Idk if the filter is too strong or dense. The flowers get in my mouth and taste nasty. Your hands will stink afterwards. I didn’t get a relaxation relief afterwards. But I enjoyed to extra gift (that also doesn’t work)

Not great. Poorly rolled, sometimes when ever tapped down a little I could drag as hard as I can nothing will be inhaled. Side burns ALOT. No health benefits.

Excellent product even though there was a problem with sickness which affected shipping however I never received a free gift My son has just passed away and helps calm me down with the anxiety and sadness of it all so blue lotus has been a huge help rather than taking medication I get much more relief from blue lotus than anything else Thankyou to the girls at reception for all your help with the back and forth emails I will be back 10/10 from me thankyou for all your help. The tea is really sublime. It’s of superb quality and you do get your value for money, even more so if you brew it properly and because it’s so high quality you can do multiple brews(I do four for one bag personally at a relatively low temperature). I drink a copious amount of different types of teas, this has become one of my personal favourites and a regular ritual of mine. The power of the blue lotus flower is peerless indeed. I have found this experience to be incomparable to others and certainly recommend it to anyone who’s interested; it’s worth it.
