Laptop and PC repair: slow or crashing computers, startup problems, upgrades, virus removal and hardware faults. Standard repairs are £79 plus parts, and a diagnosis on its own is £35. Mac and MacBook repair: the same prices and service for Apple computers. Data recovery: the assessment is free and it’s no fix, no fee. You pay nothing if your data can’t be recovered or you decide not to go ahead. We also set up backups so it doesn’t happen again. Small business IT support: pay-as-you-go support with no contract, on-site or remote. Home and office Wi-Fi: mesh Wi-Fi, routers, guest networks, NAS drives and VPNs, so every room gets a signal. Computer recycling: hard drives are removed and either returned to you or physically destroyed, with photos and a receipt as proof.
