Contrary to the positive reviews, I experienced pure hell with this prop firm.
Credentials: I am a full time funded trader with an account at MFF (my forex funds).
Review: The first red flag was the customer service and lack of tracking software. Unlike MFF and FTMO, I have had no way to track my account statistics during challenges. I reached out to customer service and received absolutely no aid. I was only told that I was supposed to be sent a link to a third party tracking software with myfxbook, which was never given for either phase. However, I decided to still trade the account, and I passed phase one of the assessment. The next red flag was the fact that I waited nearly a week to get my phase two account login. I pestered customer service, and they gave me no help, not even a reply. I ended up going to their instagram to express my displeasure. It was only then that they sent me my phase two account information. The third red flag was when my phase two account was done through a different server. Unlike FTMO and MFF who provide you the same server during both stages which ensures live market conditions are consistently simulated during the challenge, they did not. They gave me a different server during the second stage of the assessment. I hit a losing streak, which was fine as it happens, and I check my account metrics and realize that they were charging me 100 dollars just to open a trade for major pairs, no matter the lots. I took a 100k challenge, so this doesn’t make sense in terms of spread being a plausible explanation. I was down an extra 2 percent just in charges alone. This was not the case for my stage one account wherein the charges were standard. This was by far the most unacceptable and egregious offense. To be down even a fourth of a percent is absolutely insane as in comparison to the charges on both my personal and other funded accounts. I even questioned them about these high charges and to which they obviously gave me no response. That was 7 days ago now.
Oh they also said they offer mt4 and mt5, yet gave me the login to mt4 only. That was weird to.
Moral of the story: I will never again go outside of the major prop firms again. The customer service was terrible and extremely unprofessional. They refused to provide me with account tracking. The charges on my stage 2 challenge account were asinine and inexcusable, and they were the single reason I failed the challenge. They also provided me garbage customer service the entire time, not answering a single question in regard to my challenges at all.
NOTE: Buy at your own risk. They may treat you better. I know other traders that have had only a few problems but never as severe as them provided different servers or charges being so astronomical, maybe they penalize the traders who hold them to the industry standard, I don’t know. I just went off of the experience of traders that I knew thinking that this would never happen to me, yet here I am, typing a review about this prop firm essentially robbing me of my opportunities in broad daylight.

Support guys are amazing at bff. Haven’t purchased an account yet just had a inquiry and they answered them quickly. I was answered by a guy named Marcus Nimigon and it was amazing. Recommend them.
Got my payout
Got my payout, and I had a confusion for the payout, now they added a payout button and it’s much easier and more instant rather than emailing them and requesting a certain amount to be paid out. My payout request was rectified right away which was amazing.
Lied to about when I’ll get my account.
It’s been 2 weeks since I passed and now they said it might be another 2 weeks before I will receive my live credentials for my 500k account. Missing a whole month of trading is horrible due them being slow at processing everything. They will send challenge stage 1/2 very quick but once it’s time to go live I have to wait a month, makes no sense.
Edit: got my account will update review if they pay out.
Been waiting for a payout for 2 months
Communication? Server problems!
In the beginning, things did not go well with obtaining the information, KYC and Credentials. I had to continuously enter the chat to ask about it.
Finally got everything and finally live, the server continuously falls silent or sometimes shifts. And this can sometimes take hours. This is really NOT DONE!
Then you send them an email and a chat for replies etc. Now after 10 days I haven't had a response!
Think it's a real shame, communication is the key!

Uiteindelijk alles gekregen en eindelijk live, valt de server continue stil of verschuift soms. En dit kan soms uren duren. Dit is echt NOT DONE!
Vervolgens stuur je ze een mail en een chat voor antwoorden etc. Nu na 10 dagen nog geen reactie gehad!

I have a challenge underway and will write a full review once completed, (hopefully) funded and get my first withdrawal.
One thing that is frustrating is the communication. The chat feature works but often takes hours or the next day to get a reply. Email takes more time than it should as well. I understand this is a new company and they are probably getting things worked out but this is my experience so far.
Passed Phase 1 & 2. Fast customer service.
Fast, friendly & professional customer service. I chatted on their website and recevied answers to all my questions via email within a few hours. I passed Phase 1 and Phase 2. I received my certificate & funded account trading details the next day. I will write a new review after I have traded for 30 days and request my first payout.

There's no stats, dashboard or anything to remote the progression of the account during the 2 stages of the challenge.
September 15th I sent an email and was on chat for 3 days before that. It took a week to get a response. It's better now but don't expect to get a response the same day.

I am about to buy 1M challenge but i read reviews from youtube for clients complaining that they did not receive thier payouts and they received an email from bff informing them they used an ea, i checked thier website and clearly they mentioned using ea is allowed, also they did not make honest intereview to any one of clients confirming they receive thier payouts, Written certificates are not enough proof, i hope i can attach the comments from youtube, my question to bff, how we trust u and if we spend money +time and u don't pay, then what we do, also u have a chance to beat ftmo and mff with 6% profit target but u have to show to people u are honest and show real clients payouts.

I don’t know how they have few 5 stars. I’m guessing they probably work for the company. These guys are terrible! Chat support is terrible! You have to wait days/week to get a reply. Emailing them is worse. I purchased 2 (500k) accounts. Passed both phase 1 and phase 2. And now I have to wait 2 weeks to get my live credentials. I’ve never seen a prop firm that takes 2 weeks to send out live credentials. 2 WEEKS!! Doesn’t matter how new you are, it shouldn’t take 2 weeks to deliver credentials. You guys are setting yourselves up for failure. Smh..

So many better options available than this firm. I wish I can recommend it, but the support is slow, rules are super strict. No reason to trade with these super strict rules when you can just pick a different firm. Thousands of members and I've yet to see any sort of payout from a trusted public source.
Hopefully they don't flag this review, or try to argue back. Take it as feedback and make the improvements if you want to last.
