If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a Blue Oranda goldfish from them and when I received the fish, it stayed floated to the bottom of the tank for the first two days with slight redness on the right gill. I assumed that it was the sedative that had this fish stuck but treated the tank for fungal diseases since the fish had signs of redness.
After the end of the first day, the fish seemed to bounce back but the redness was still visible so I treated the tank again.
However on the second day, the fish had a huge sore on their right side and was dead under a leaf.
I spent almost $100 after shipping on a sick fish that ended up slowly dying, despite diligence I shouldn't have had to have in the first place, in my already established tank.
This shop doesn't care about their fish or their customers.
If ya'll really do inspect your fish before sending, you knew that you sent me a sick fish.
RUN. Just run from this "shop"
