I’ve been a loyal customer for years but their customer service is horrific, they will not fulfill an order I paid for and will not get back to me. Give us a phone number to call. I ordered off of Amazon cause I need cleaning products right away. I still want to use your products but I will never order from your website again. Please refund BL4612495 - I am also talking to my bank since I cannot get blueland to answer me. I’ve also filed a complain with the BBB. Give a phone number to call!!

The toilet bowl tablets are the best. Smell great and clean better than any other product I’ve used.
Customer service is spot on.

I like everything I bought but I'm amazed by the glass cleaner. Looked like I sprayed plain water on my mirrors at first. My hopes weren't very high. I was completely wrong. It cleans JUST AS WELL as the very expensive speciality stuff I usually buy. The whole kit is so darn cute too. Overall, some products I actually am switching to for good. It feels good to do something right for the planet too

Blueland makes it easy to reduce plastic use with products that are top quality and feel safe to use. I love cleaning knowing that I'm not inhaling toxic chemicals or absorbing them through my skin. It feels right on many levels to support a business that's providing an important service without adding to the contamination problem.

I’ve had 100% positive experience with this company, using their dishwasher tablets, toilet cleaner tablets, and foaming hand soap tablets.

I love their range of products on top of their company values. I try to live as sustainable as possible but want effective products with great scents. This makes it easy to do so and makes you think outside of the box of just clean simple ingredients. It also involves packaging and how it’s being transported.

Love both the laundry and dishwashing tablets. We also like the foaming hand-soap.

The owners are very concerned with customer satisfaction, and respond quickly to my emails. I regularly purchase the powdered dish detergent and the toilet tab refills, and have been very satisfied with how well they perform. I really appreciate that the packaging is recyclable, and that the products are plastic-free!

Love the values of clean products and minimal environmental impact packaging. AND so far the products themselves are excellent. Currently using laundry detergent, toilet cleaner and dish soap and have just ordered hand soap. Easy intuitive website for ordering. This company gets A+.

I have used Blueland toilet bowl, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tablets exclusively for over a year now. I appreciate the plastic-free products, and I know my septic tank really appreciates it! I also am delighted that there is fewer packaging waste, and the refills come in a package that can be composted. Our Mother Earth is grateful!

So far so good. The laundry soap doesn’t really suds up. But maybe that’s a good thing. I love the toilet cleaner the best. And the dishwasher soap works great.

Company did not send notification of upcoming order to allow for changes or cancelation leading to unauthorized charges. Company does not provide access to real people as part of any customer service efforts but instead relies upon AI. A call to their listed phone number leads to a thanks for calling- hang up. The company refuses to cancel an order after they've charged your card even when the order is unfulfilled. The company bypasses the requirement to make it at least as simple to cancel a subscription as it is to create the subscription. It took four clicks to cancel an autoship, and they force you to do it individually for each product. And the icing on the cake is that their products are mediocre, and the laundry tablets make your laundry smell like chemicals. I will never use this company again and advise readers to look elsewhere for green products with a customer focus.

Blueland is a wonderful company. They care about our planet and for their customers. Customer Service is amazing. They answered promptly and were very nice and knowledgeable about my question. Their products I absolutely love. Everything is as described and cleans amazingly. I 100% would recommend Blueland.

Love the dishwasher tablets! Clean well, store easily and NO plastic, yeah! I just ordered the laundry detergent and the booster. Hoping for the same excellent results

The hand soap pumps are abysmal. They break so easily after just one time filling up the jar. It’s happened twice now with the two glass jar/pumps I have. Shocked at how wasteful that is considering it is all plastic. Tried for 45 minutes using anything I could find online to try and fix them but no such luck. Please do better.

I've been using Blueland products for over a year; when I placed a big order of refills (with free shipping), I mistakenly left out one item I wanted. Customer service kindly waived the shipping for the additional item. The products work as well as (or better than) the polluting brands I formerly used--and there is NO PLASTIC. I love being a hero, saving the world, and Blueland makes it easy!

Living in a small space, I don’t have much storage for cleaners, so these small tabs and concentrates are a great solution. The bestsellers are equal quality to name brands. What they promise they deliver. The bottles and tins really do last forever. If you prefer, you can use your own bottles too. I feel easy knowing I don’t contribute to landfills in this way.

Blueland has done what I have long been hoping someone would: make effective cleaning and laundry products that eliminate the plastic and also eliminate the need to ship the water necessary for liquid cleaners. I have been happy with the performance of every product! Thanks, Blueland!
