A happy blue light holder
I've been a holder of a blue light card for about 10 years, and at first just used it for getting reduced price meals at pubs etc. Now, since a year ago, I've discovered, and use the purchase of gift cards to do my shopping. This really helps with my budget, as a retired nurse/ midwife. I am able to purchase "gift card vouchers " for the 2 supermarkets that I regularly use. I get 4% off which is amazing. Thanks again Blue light.

CUSTOMER SERVICE APPALLING
FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY:I’ve been contacting them since Saturday giving all details on e mail, FB and instagram due to above. They have not got back to me in any of above except for sending tickets.
I eventually received a total generic e mail which a child could have written, and no mention of money back. DONT touch them !!!!!!!!!

I recently got married so needed up update my email address and change my name on blue light card. I had a few issues as the documents I sent were blurry but Grace emailed me and sorted the whole thing out. She was so quick at getting back to me and was really helpful.

On the whole I have had a positive experience with Blue Light, I just haven't found it easy getting my new card. I paid my £4.99 on 15/6/2026, but am still waiting for the hard copy card to be delivered to my home address. I then contacted Blue Light, and ended up having to try resetting password a couple of times, before I was finally led to download the app online. I now have a digital copy of my card, which should make it easy when I'm out and about in eateries, etc. to access discounts. However I would still like a physical card if possible, so I don't have to log in to the app every time I want to use it.

Issues with Hobbycraft gift card resolved
I have used a few of the great deals on the website but recently had a bad experience buying a preloaded gift card for Hobbycraft. I bought it online in the shop and at the till was told that the balance was zero. I then wasted a lot of time phoning and emailing both Hobbycraft and Blue light card. Anyway in the end I have been refunded thanks to Anthony at Blue light card.
I will not be buying Hobbycraft gift cards again. What I wanted (photo frames) are far cheaper elsewhere anyway.
