10/10 will do again

Great service, quick installation and interesting range of products. Perfect for a situation where you don't envisage yourself staying in the country for longer than a certain time, or where you simply want to spread out the cost of a big appliance. We haven't had an opportunity to test the aftersales service / repairs (hopefully this doesn't occur), but so far everything else is great. The delivery company, however, isn't proactive in booking the delivery slot - we had to call to do this ourselves despite them saying they would.

A premium product with premium service Full Marks

I recently decided to try out a new way of getting a premium coffee machine and chose to rent the Siemens EQ.700 from BlueMovement. I have to say, the experience has been absolutely excellent, living up to and even exceeding my expectations. The entire process, from ordering online to the delivery and installation, was exactly as stated on the website.

BlueMovement's service is top-notch. The website was clear, and I found it easy to select the Siemens EQ.700 and choose the rental plan. What truly impressed me was the communication throughout the process. I received updates on the delivery schedule, and the delivery team was punctual and professional. They even provide a care set with cleaning and descaling tablets every few months, which makes maintenance completely worry-free.

The Siemens EQ.700 itself is a fantastic product. The machine is sleek, modern, and looks great on my kitchen counter. The touchscreen display is intuitive, making it incredibly easy to navigate through the numerous coffee specialties. The iAroma System ensures every cup is perfectly brewed, and the autoMilk Clean function is a lifesaver, as it automatically cleans the milk system after each use. I love the variety of coffee options, from a strong espresso to a creamy cappuccino, and the ability to save my favorite recipes is a great feature. The machine is also surprisingly quiet, which is a nice bonus for early mornings.
Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with both BlueMovement's service and the Siemens EQ.700 coffee machine. The convenience, excellent service, and high-quality product make this a truly fantastic choice for anyone looking for a premium coffee experience without the commitment of a large upfront purchase. I highly recommend both the company and the machine

Long-time customer

I already had a washer and dryer since 2021 and now we took a wine fridge (because ours broke down). Very convenient with repairs and quick delivery. Very satisfied about the new fridge.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish

My recent experience was excellent. Communication was clear and timely, and the delivery process went smoothly from start to finish. The unpacking and assembly were completed efficiently, and everything arrived in good condition. I appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail throughout.

Discourage from subscription.

Unfortunately the service isn’t reliable when a unit has an issue or malfunctions. We used the service for almost 3 years and when the washer / dryer combination broke due to unit malfunction we were asked to pay to a deposit to fix the unit. We discontinued the service and decide to buy a unit. I would recommend to anyone to buy a unit instead of a subscription in the long term it’s more affordable to buy, especially now knowing blue movement will not back there products.
