I started four claims with this company over a year ago they left me in limbo never updated me on anything. Got all my documents mixed up with all different finance companies and all different registrations and then you get a bloke on the phone called Jack who talks to you like you’re a little kid. Really rude abrupt talking down to me all they do is keep their customers hanging on a string. They’ve got no authority to do any of this at all with these finance companies. They’ve got no clout and they will just tell you a pack of lies and a year down the line you’ll still be waiting.
Dealing with these people made me quite ill actually and stressed
