We have been working with Blue Portal for a few years.... they manage all our telecoms.... landlines and mobiles.
They are always super responsive if we have an issue..... unexpected travel, broken/ lost mobiles. And were great when we moved site.

Highly recommended.

As a professional business it is important to surround yourself by and use experts in their field.

The business is moving on in 2021 and will be servicing many more customers due to expansion plans. There is the need to have a better communication system and numbers covering more areas than just Leeds. Some people still like a landline to call and it gives the impression of a more professional organisation.

We engaged Eddie and the team at Blue Portal to source a couple of numbers covering areas in Yorkshire to give that local feel. The current landline number has been ported with no hiccups and due to technology we can now use our mobile phone to dial as if we were in the office. This gives a great impression to the potential customers and current customers we are servicing. This just adds to the virtual world we have been forced to adapt our businesses too and is a great addition to our team.

After working with Eddie and the team we have the result we were after and are really looking forward to the rest of the year.
