I enrolled in the Online Live course with Blueprint and had Alex as an instructor. I could go on forever about how smart, kind, helpful and caring Alex has been through this very difficult process that is MCAT prep. Not only did Alex make class fun and enjoyable, he gave the most helpful and personalized advice. As I was prepping, I hit a plateau in my full length scores and sought out his advise on how I should approach my prep. Given that I only had a few weeks left until test day, I was hoping for some specific tasks I could do to finetune my testing. He gave just that, fantastic advice on how to pinpoint problem areas and ways to improve those specific things. With his advise I was able to reach a score above my goal in my latest full length and will continue with his techniques for the next couple weeks until exam day. I HIGHLY recommend not only Blueprint, but Alex specifically if you are looking to be supported along your entire MCAT journey.

Using the Blueprint self-paced online course over a period of 3.5 months, I raised my score from 498 on my first MCAT to a 519 on my second exam. I loved the video modules, short module quizzes, practice questions, practice exams, the format of the practice review, and the quality of the practice test/question explanations. I completed almost the entire course during my prep, except I focused more on the included AAMC materials in my last month rather than Blueprint practice questions, and there was not enough time in my schedule to utilize all the practice questions and exams. Although I felt like this program really prepared me for the exam, I also quizzed myself with friends who utilized other programs to learn material that was not fully covered in Blueprint's course and also utilized lots and lots of Anki to reinforce the Blueprint material. I honestly don't believe that any program/company can provide the full scope of material tested on the MCAT. With that said, I feel that Blueprint allowed me to understand a ton of concepts that I was not previously familiar with and allowed to to gain a better understanding of concepts I had only slightly learned in my courses. I also did not utilize any of the office hours that were available, as I preferred to follow my own schedule with my studying. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and would recommend it to any self-motivated student looking for minimal external accountability, but still direction and great materials for content review and practice. I only rate it 4 stars because I did need to use Anki, friends, and other external resources to feel fully prepared, but I probably wouldn't rate any of the prep courses out there as five stars. I also wished that there was a less expensive version that included fewer practice tests and didn't offer office hours, as I did not need those in my timeframe, yet still felt like I had to pay an arm and a leg even for a self-paced course (but all prep courses are expensive so this was the best I could find).

Blueprint was super helpful in studying for the MCAT. The module videos are great, office hours are really helpful for digging into content, and the instructors are really good about getting you to understand how to breakdown the test using specific strategies. Jay and Alexander were great instructors, and they know their stuff inside and out!

With blueprint I went from a 502 to a 508. I worked full time and I worked with blueprint for about 5 months. The videos are great and it really helps improve your weak areas. Overall very satisfied!

Blue Print was the single greatest tool I used for my MCAT prep. I purchased 4 practice tests and improved from a 490 to 505 within 3 months. The in-depth feedback given on practice test questions made all the difference!

Ahmed was not only knowledgeable about everything to do with the MCAT, but he also helped me stay calm and clear minded throughout this process. He was able to explain difficult concepts in a clear light, and was super encouraging and gave great advice not only on studying, but on coping skills and positive mindsets as well. So grateful for his help during this daunting process!

Devika Shenoy is an amazing tutor! I am thoroughly impressed with how well she knows the material and logic of the MCAT. Devika helped me develop time and stress management skills, which really helped me build endurance and mentally prepare for the MCAT (especially for the CARS section). Devika is also super patient and encouraging, which really helped with my confidence in taking the MCAT. Overall, my science scores improved significantly from my diagnostic test and I was able to get scores that exceeded my expectations (129 C/P, 128 B/B, 130 P/S)!

I really enjoyed my live online course with them. They have been very engaging since day #1, and I couldn't imagine having different instructors with so much enthusiasm and breadth of knowledge. I really appreciate their explanations of the practice questions and answers, as this was helpful to see why the right answer is right and why the wrong ones are not correct. Thank you you two! :)

I know everyone can see that starting score. I was absolutely distraught about the fact that I had graduated with a biology degree and was still unable to do well on this exam. I knew I wanted to try a different approach because I had serious gaps in knowledge.

Blueprint MCAT made the test approachable and understandable. The interface is easy to use and they have plenty of extra resources if you need more practice on a subject.

One of the biggest factors on my 17 point increase was working with Michael Albdewi as a tutor. He is absolutely amazing at formulating lesson plans to attack difficult topics and takes the extra time to ensure a great understanding. On top of everything, he is a great friend and was so encouraging the entire time I prepared for the exam. I would recommend him to anyone!

Listening to Ryan Gray's "The MCAT Podcast" and hearing BluePrint's (BP) program recommended, I promised myself that - if my score wasn't climbing to the +510 mark 1 month out - I'd purchase the course.

One month out, I was hovering around 500 - 502 consistently (both AAMC and BP tests), so I purchased the Essential Plan Core, with 16 hours tutoring and complete access to BP's online course.

It changed everything.

Having all content organized and summarized in set of concise, understandable modules made a huge difference; the quiz and exam questions for each module were intuitive, challenging, and full of high-yield info.

Joya, my tutor, is an INCREDIBLE teacher. She identified areas I struggled in, led me through practice problems and test question reviews each session. She provided new insights into question patterns and figures, brilliant test-strategies, and could explain MCAT-specific concepts more clearly and concisely than some Ph.D.'s.

With her help, my score rose to 504 (wk. 1-2), 506 (wk. 3), and then 511 (wk. 4) before test day. On test day, I scored 511. My trouble sections C/P and P/S jumped from 40th to 80th and 30th to 80th percentile respectively. Simply amazing to me.

Overall, my score increased by 11 points (500 to 511), and I couldn't be happier. Totally worth the price. I regret nothing and am excited and confident to apply this cycle.

Will Huffman was great at breaking down complex passages and making them seem simple. He also was great at explaining a variety of topics and how they can be applied to the passages and the questions. In addition, Will was always responsive and flexible when it came to answering questions and session meetings. 10/10 would recommend Will!

I had a great experience with Blueprint and my tutor, Will! Made huge jumps in scores from my diagnostic and appreciated the tailored approach to studying the MCAT. Will was especially great in helping me get oriented with the P/S session, which I hadn’t studied in class before, and I appreciated his ability to work around my schedule. He also was extraordinarily helpful with physics, which was incredible because it had previously been a sticking point for me, and was a big support throughout the process. All in all, a great experience that I would definitely do again.

My tutor, Will Huffman, helped me prepare for my MCAT retake in 2020. My score improved by 10 points and I am now starting medical school in 2021. He helped me better understand the material and overcome obstacles that resulted from the COVID-19 pandemic.

My instructor at Blue Print, Will Huffman, was integral to my success on the MCAT. His knowledge, patience, and ability to distill challenging concepts into easy-to-follow overviews were qualities that readily stood out in his teaching style. I would highly recommend Will to another student who is looking to perform well on the exam.

Before Blueprint I was pretty skeptical of my ability to perform well on the MCAT. After personalized, one on one tutoring with Ahmed and repeated practice I got my target score! Working with Karena was the best decision I made while studying for my MCAT. I first took the MCAT two years prior to starting the BluePrint study program and scored a 500. I then studied with the BluePrint’s practice questions as well as tutoring with Karena and the extra worksheets she provided. I was able to improve my score 11 points! Karena was able to answer all my questions as well as targeting my weaker subject areas with ease. Working with her made the MCAT seem much more manageable! Her custom study schedule was fit to my schedule of classes and work and she was always gracious and helpful whenever adjustment needed to be made to the schedule.

Colin was a great tutor! He is very intelligent and was able to explain difficult concepts to me in the spur of the moment. He answered all the questions I had throughout the week, and created personalized lectures for me every week. He was very kind and empathetic throughout this nerve-wracking process.

Will Huffman was my tutor for my second MCAT attempt. He was a great resource and gave me the accountability I needed to achieve a higher score. I wouldn’t be a current medical student without his help!
