To be avoided

This company charge £50 for any delay in payment, rather than the usual reminder.
They charge £744 bi-annually for Property management then add a 'balancing charge' of any works that they know has to be done.
It took from 2018 until 2022 to get our block made secure, to stop junkies and drunks using the corridors and stairs for drinking. No apology, no refund for not carrying out what they are paid for.
The junkies are back, the 'security doors' useless and Blue 'don't have money' to buy security doors.
Originally, their Trust Pilot Reviews were exclusively 1 star; now, strangely, the Reviews have gone.
Change of name?
And the property is still a club house for undesirables.
