To be avoided
This company charge £50 for any delay in payment, rather than the usual reminder.

It took from 2018 until 2022 to get our block made secure, to stop junkies and drunks using the corridors and stairs for drinking. No apology, no refund for not carrying out what they are paid for.
The junkies are back, the 'security doors' useless and Blue 'don't have money' to buy security doors.

Change of name?
And the property is still a club house for undesirables.
