Great Job Ladies Kathleen & Stephanie

I started out working with Kathleen, she was out for a couple of days do to illness. Then Stephanie jumped in and finished the process. Stephanie stayed on the phone with me, to make sure that I had everything I needed. Both ladies did a outstanding job.

GWEN IS GREAT / NATIONWIDE - NOT ON MY SIDE

I APPRECIATED THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH GWEN ROBERTSON YESTERDAY TO REDUCE MY ANNUAL PREMIUMS FOR AUTO, HOME OWNERS AND UMBRELLA. SHE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, VERY HELPFUL. SO, I'M DEFINITELY SATISFIED WITH GWEN. BUT, I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH NATIONWIDE AND THEIR OUTRAGEOUS PRICE INCREASES OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS, ESPECIALLY FOR HOME OWNERS COVERAGE. THERE'S NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY, PARTICULARLY FOR ONE WHO HAS HAD A MINIMAL AMOUNT OF CLAIMS OVER THE PAST 40 YEARS.

Lori Knotts- a big thank you!

Unfortuneately there have been errors regarding my certificates of insurance for my vehicle (incorrect person/vehicle) and incorrect homeowners document from agent.

Yesterday, on 4/1/26 I specifically requested Lori Knotts who went above and beyond to help me, provided 1st class service, corrected inconsistencies. She was beyond kind. I appreciate her very much!
