I wish I could give a review of the actual product but there were so many issues with delivery that it never arrived. I ordered an Apex 300 + 2 x B300k units. There apparently was an issue with my order so I called their customer service. Unfortunately what they don’t tell you is that their hours are based on Asia Pacific times so trying to get a hold of someone was a nightmare. I tried for a few days and nothing. I also emailed them and I waited 2 days and nothing. Then all of the sudden I get confirmation that they are shipping me the wrong product?? Then I try calling again, speak to an actual rep and they confirm they fixed it and it will be cancelled. Very pleasant transaction. The next day I get confirmation the wrong product is still coming. I call again at an unreasonable hour (I’m in the NY timezone) they say I should have called sooner and that I’ll be charged for this one and it will be refunded once it all gets returned. When I ask why I’m paying for something I didn’t order all of the sudden they seem like they don’t speak English and I get cut off…. After numerous other calls and back and forth it’s been a nightmare! And after all of a week I’m waiting on a return to get my $$ back for a product I didn’t order… good news though… they finally emailed me back!

The plug in for the solar panel has become questionable for taking in energy.

I bought an EB3A then an AC180. I bought three AC180s for my daughters for emergency backup and camping. Love them. I have used both of my units camping and they work great. Highly recommended.

We have lived off grid for 26 years. We have an 8KW whole house system backed with 3600 watts of solar. This is our third system and was quite expensive when we installed it in 2014. It’s worked well but living in the northeast we experience plenty of cloudy days during the winter months. We backed the system up with a Honda generator. I had an AC200L for our fifth wheel camper so I purchase a B500K battery to expand the AC200L. Perfect fit for replacing the Honda. BLUETTI was knowledgeable and supportive helping me to connect their system to mine. Great company. Strongly recommend them.

Easy use , intuitive design and good looking product

I was impressed with the quality of the components I have got so far, and look forward to seeing what they will produce. I will add on to the system to utilize its capacity for my home back up system and eventually off the grid. Right now I am going to use it for boondocking in our Motorhome.

I'm a proud owner of my second Bluetti Solar Powered Generator. I had my previous model the AC200 for over 5 years and it served my business very well. I wanted to see if I could trade it in for a new model and I was able to get the "New Hotness" Elite 200. Lois was the OUTSTANDING customer service rep who helped me thru the entire process. It's "tiny but MIGHTY" and I can't wait to really use it in 2026! Solid construction, OUTSTANDING VALUE, State of the art features and electronics that fits my every need as a business owner who is always mobile to indoor and outdoor events. I only need to get my hands on the 800Kw Solar panels next!!! LOL! Baby steps people BABY STEPS! worth the purchase!

Products arrived quickly well packed with no damage. Plug and play, the Apex 300 and expansion batteries married to the well designed cart like a match made in heaven. The App forces a location entry but can be bypassed and used via Bluetooth to update all firmware, even worked on degoogled cell running Graphene iOS. Hoping for a ticked email Q/A customer service uplift in the future for things not found on feeds.

Bluetti was patient and supportive in getting a product issue resolved and continued to follow up until it was resolved in full.

I have never purchased a power station before. It is not as though I was not around them, my wife would by Jackery portable power stations or some really horrible junk from Emu with a T. I have seen this young lady who uses Bluetti in her travels across the country and around the world. She has a show on YouTube called Roaming Reckless. I watched a man put the Sodium Ion unit through some test with a freezer. Usually batteries literally hate the cold. I broke my arm because of dead batteries in cold weather. I didn’t want to break any other part of me by purchasing the wrong battery power station. Being a long lasting and brutally tough, I decided that I would make this purchase, being super fast to take a charge sealed the deal for me. Bluetti, Colorado camping is waiting for you.

I have 2 dry cabins and I love bluetti products. They have outperformed others hands down. Fast charging and durable, made well. Although heavy and expensive, I love it when they go on sale…well worth the money.

Back up power for small medical devices, cell phones, and a couple lamps is always needed at my household. This product is a great addition to the smaller generator I already. Thank you Bluetti for you Black Friday specials and great products!
