The screwed up on the import docs and the duties came in at nearly half the value of the suit, wouldn't do anything, insisted I had to pay or risk it not being returned in proper condition and receive no refund. Brutal customer service when they were the ones who couldn't write the slip properly. suit is trash, pants are cheap. avoid this garbage
I bought a pair of their slacks in December and after wearing them about 4 times by April, noticed that a hole developed along the seam. Contacted customer service and they said they couldn't do anything. For the price paid for the slacks, I expect better quality. There are other comparable brands that have a better reputation.
