I ordered flowers for a condolence, paid extra for Saturday delivery with DPD, and gave the correct address later when the delivery failed. The courier never called, the company ignored my update, and customer service was unhelpful. They refused a refund and admitted freshness is not guaranteed. A complete disaster — unprofessional, careless, and zero responsibility. Do not trust them for important occasions.

The flowers were not delivered to the recipient for a wedding. I sent an email to enquire and just received an automatic response. I later then sent another email and was advised that the courier had not been able to deliver the flowers and was not able to leave any information to the recipient. So I should arrange for the recipient to go and pick up the flowers. As this was 10 days later I explained that this was not a very good idea. I then received another email with the link to track the package. I responded to say that this would not resolve the situation, to which I received another email with exactly the same script as the first email I received. I find that Blumenshop have a strange concept of client service and will not be using them again.

I've ordered flowers and presents for my daughter already twice. I live abroad and it is a perfect solution for us. Deliver was in time, both teams, the shop and delivery, provided detailed information all the way long, so at any moment I knew what was the status of my order.
The flowers are nice and the packing is really safe. Chocolate is a nice addition. It would be great to have more variants for small presents

I join previous reviewer - DON'T use this company.
1. They took an order, being not able to fulfill it.
2.No customer service at all! They don't try to help in minimal way!
3. Lying elements in service - at 5 p.m. they reported delivery, at 7 p.m. - delivery delayed, but I paid for most expensive DHL delivery!
4. I have big experience sending flowers in Europe, never in Germany, never like this! Very bad experience with flowers delivery in Germany, hope I'll find better company.

Ordered flowers week before requested delivery date. DHL sent notification that they will be delivered on requested date a Friday, that evening received further notification that due to DHL circumstances they could not be delivered so would be delivered next working day a Monday. The flowers sat somewhere for 4 days, therefore a bunch of dead flowers were delivered to an elderly relative causing upset and embarrassment for all. Blumenshop.de refused to give a refund!

If I could give zero I would. Please DO NOT use this company. I ordered flowers for an aunt who has an accident and the delivery never contacted her to inform of delivery date/time. They did not deliver and insisted that she comes to collect them - as my aunt is poorly she cannot go there to collect. This is absolutely terrible service. Why ask for the telephone number of where to deliver if you never even use if? Please AVOID this company. They are terrible

Flowers delivered to the building supposedly. Brother never recieved them for his wedding and no neighbours had collected them as indicated. No assistance in investigating or accountability from customer service.

I am very sad and disappointed. I ordered some flowers for my friend who was in hospital in Germany. I am in the UK. According to the tracking service the flowers were delivered to the hospital but did not get to my friend. I tried to call the hospital myself but I don’t speak much German and could not work out what had happened. I emailed Blumenshop who simply advised the tracker said they had been delivered. I emailed Blumenshop again to ask for help and to ask if they could contact the delivery service and the hospital on my behalf. They did not reply. I thought this was very uncaring. They did not offer a refund. I ordered the flowers from Blumenshop so from my point of view they are the organisation I paid for the flowers and I feel they should have helped.

The flowers came one day earlier as expected and the delivery went well, but they were starting to die on the second day....what more to say. THEY WEREN'T FRESH !

Delivery gone wrong, flowers were delivered to a shop that was close on week-ends. They were dead by Monday. You should take into account that if not delivered the day after shipping they'll die and pack them so they don't for more than a day.

Terrible service. I chose this service because I could pick a delivery date. In fact they now claim delivery is 1 to 2 days after the selected date. This is bonkers. The flowers were a surprise for my son and his girlfriend who have just moved house. I picked a Friday delivery date when they would be working at home. DHL tried delivering on a Saturday. They did not leave with a neighbour or on a porch, they were taken to a depot. The depot was shut on the Sunday. When my son collected the flowers on a Monday they were dead. What a joke. A bad joke. I will now only use bloom and wilde.

Avoid !!!!Flowers is not fresh ,box coming with broken vase ,no signature on a card .if somebody would like to do surprise for your friend or family ,please do not use this company .I request the refund money ,because we have to put flowers on rubbish bin ,they didn’t !Its really bad company what I can see!
Flowers got delivered on time in Frankfurt ! I was worried after reading the reviews but quality and time of delivery was perfect
I ordered a lovely bouquet for my friend to cheer her up. The flowers never made it there. Upon contacting customer service they stated that DHL couldn't find the address and that the address I provided was wrong. The lady at customer service said, my friend can collect the flowers at the post office which is only open until 5pm during the week. My friend couldn't pick up the parcel as she works until late every day. And why would they drop of fresh flowers at the local post office for pick up. It doesn't make any sense. Also they were lying about the wrong address. I took a screenshot of address with a street view on google maps and complained said the address exists. I never got a response back. Worst customer and delivery service ever.
E-Frisch GmBH who manage blumenshop.de do not handle customers professionally. They have zero customer service and have a terrible attitude while on the call.
It's a scam. The flowers I ordered for my fiance for Valentine's Day were never delivered, and no attempt was made. The company refused a refund and they refused to resend the flowers. They should be sued for how they operate.
