No knowledge but Bluon made me feel at ease straight away. Showed me the isolation process of my system and how to restart it if I needed too. Would now only use Bluon to have my system checked.

Visit from Bluon was result of a cold call offering me a 'free' survey and report on my solar system. The guy who came was condescending and immediatelysuggested all sorts of problems with my system, which is working perfectly well albeit not perhaps at the full efficiency when installed 13 years ago.
Since writing my original report I have been contacted by the director of Bluon who has promised to speak to the operative concerned about talking to his prospective customers in a less condescending manner, and so have increase my rating to two stars
