Don't Buy!!

Don't Buy!!! Total scam! As soon as my 30-day trial subscription period ended and I didn't renew it, all of a sudden my camera won't work anymore. Go figure! It won't stay connected to my wi-fi network. Never had a problem during the trial period.

The worst indoor camera ever! Unless you pay the $5.99 a month or more you basically can’t use this horrible product! It shows extremely blurry and not worth a cent! Don’t buy it, a waste of your money!

Terrible cameras: Useless playback and False Notifications

Terrible security cameras...Playback doesn't work most of the time; you see wheel spinning or jump back to Live...Notifications are messed-up; software can't differentiate between a person, a pet, a car, or an insect; TONS of false notifications...If you change your wifi network you have to do a hard reset for the camera. Support is useless and asked for monthly subscription to address problems!!!!

Camera has every weak wi-fi i have very often problems to record vids on cloud storage. Error epeared. But on other devices from other company the arent that problems. Very bad quality parts: cap was broken after one week. They dont have shop with spare parts. They told me, "you have to buy new one all equpiment" bad support, usually they ask after twenty four hours

I bought 5 cameras and I keep getting…

I bought 5 cameras and I keep getting Tons of FALSE notifications and lot of WiFi connection loss. I called Support and they told me I have to subscribe to their monthly plan so I can get this problem; don’t insert and how the cameras can’t differentiate between a person, a small insect, light, a vehicle!!

Non-existent Customer Service

Blurams took my payment for their cloud subscription service, but it says subscription expired and nothing is saved to their cloud. I have tried contacting their non-existent customer service numerous times with no response. Stay away from this company!

— Not reliable for going on vacation or when away. Bought it so I can see my pet from afar BUT the camera turned off for whatever reason I don’t know. Then it says there to troubleshoot BUT yet again, it requires you to scan the QR code and be near the camera! 🤦🏼‍♀️ You can’t trust it. Also, even if you use an sd Card for saving and recording, it’s still unable to record such important events, it will ONLY notify you BUT is unable to show you because it didn’t record it in the first place 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️. + It’s only easy to set up, resolution is ok, night vision also ok. Would have been perfect but it’s full of flaws.

Not fit for purpose

I took them up on their free month cloud service to assess the service. Whilst the camera was sensitive enough to detect most movement and sound, too sensitive in fact, the playback is not at all user-friendly. When the subscription lapsed I actually found the 12sec recordings more useful. However, the system has now started to malfunction - notifications come through indicating the presence of a person in the driveway but, when I want to see the relevant clips, they often don't exist. I do not consider the camera I purchased fit for purpose, even with the cloud subscription.

My camera packed up and I had to get a new one .Then for no reason they’ve taken money from my credit card 3 months on the trot .Bearing in mind my current subscription plan is annually renewed .After 5 emails explaining this and the fact I don’t have another plan they won’t refund my money .This is absolutely ridiculous.I would be very careful when you sign up with this lot .I would give them a minus score if I could .

Blurams U.K. experience

Poor.. I reported my outdoor camera had a fault on august 08 2023, I had to send proof of purchase, video evidence of fault, all sorts of other information and as of today November 23 2023 I have for the second time been offered an indoor camera for a replacement or 80% refund.. they drag it out hoping you’ll go away! Well I won’t go away.. I want a replacement outdoor camera!

Blurams A22C Stopped being Viewable on my PC's

"What went wrong this time" ?
That's an Odd and Discouraging way of start out.
My (Blurams Outdoor Lite 4 Security Camera-A22C) Recently stopped being Viewable on either of my 2 Computer (Desktop Win 10) (Laptop Win 8.1) or any of my 4 Browsers (It Used to work).
It does work on my phone so I know it's Not the Camera.
I also Tried Hard Wiring it to my Router and got the Same Bad Results.

Order screw up

Ordered a camera direct from their website. It was sent to somewhere in a completely different state, not even closeto my address. Tried contacting customer service, to which I find that there are no representatives at this moment. Tried emailing and no response.

The only review you need.

Had their product the 2k Camera, had it working for 1 day, then during a firmware update, it broke, contacted the company, they asked me for technical details, I gave them it, then they left me in email with no reply for over 1 month, I contacted multiple times and there's no reply, I wouldn't touch anything on blurams.com with a barge pole now, and there's still no reply to this day more than 2-3 months.

Bad business company, If I were you I would stay away from them, they will make you break your device during a firmware update, and won't bother to pay for your repairs, or get back to you properly in email.

Who am I? I'm someone with reputation on reviews, I don't lie, I don't forgive for really bad service, and I never forget. You only get 100% honesty from me.

Unreliable products & non-existent customer services

"Smart" doorbell that doesn't even detect a visitor even when they're pressing the doorbell button, let alone not picking up anything based on people approaching.

But the product inadequacies pale into insignificance compared to the absolute disregard their virtually non-existent customer service have for their customers.

For 5 months they still haven't sorted out my faulty smart doorbell and I have spent hours and hours even trying to get them to respond.

If you were thinking about buying a Blurams product, think again I implore you!
