They responded immediately when I requested that they cancel my subscription/ membership. The product was advertised as CLICKS in South Africa and that I won a free gift it didn't indicate subscription membership. They were willing to cancel and refund me my money.

I dont know what kind business Blushlotion brings until I got fraud transactions from this online shop. I contacted them and they told me , I bought the gift card and paid for the subscription that i haven't done. I will claim it to police.

Updated: I contacted to the shop and only got back transaction of subscription from the shop that I havenot purchased anything. Thank blushlotion for refunding!

Purchased an item, never arrived. Over than that I found out that this scammers try to take money from your bank pretending you signed up some subscription. Naturally I never subscribed any and even have the screen record of the purchasing operation. Try to contact the customer service you will finish up to argue with a bot. a SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS

I had by accident subscribe and they replied to my problem. They confirmed that they are going to refund the amount deducted. They were very helpful. I appreciate your prompt attention.

....then I got a message from them

"Mysteriously" I got charged for their membership. But I wrote them and they did reply fast and will do a reimbursement.
I need to write this review to get my reimbursement, however, at least they did answer me and are being respectful and willing to assis on this odd situation.
