I have been wanting to get some Blvck clothing for ages but held off as I live in the UK and they are delivered from the US.
I eventually bit the bullet and couldn’t be happier. I got two oversized T shirts from their collaborations and they are superb quality and very fashionable.
Delivery and return experience (the first order was slightly too big) was very easy and customer service are very good.
Highly recommend

I recently purchased the Blvck Floral Logo Tee in size L and was really impressed with the quality. The fabric is super soft and the overall finish feels premium. Since it’s an oversized cut, I’d recommend sizing down if you prefer a slimmer fit, I’ll be going for a medium next time. Customer service was excellent, and the prompt international delivery made the whole experience seamless.

Avoid at all cost. Sent me an open and resealed package. After returning one of the items and paying for return protection, they still haven't refunded me. Customer service promised to make the adjustment and also gave me a 20 percent coupon that didn't work correctly. After agreeing to make adjustments to the new and old order, I have not received any refunds and they are ignoring my emails.

Edit: tracking has shown that product was received by black at the end of July. As of 8/20 I still have not been credited.

Edit: finally have been fully credited. Would still rate my experience 1/5 because It took almost 3 weeks to get my refund and adjustments from the time my returned product was received by black. Ignored several emails from me and did not respond until threatening to dispute the charges.

One of my favorite brands and very close to my heart.

Worst experience ever... Ordered clothes for about $320, didn't use any coupons or anything, just trusted this brand blindly. What a mistake... The clothes are extremely small to their sizes compared to other brands, tried to return and they just rejected the return attempt, no reason given. Now I'm stuck with $320 worth of clothes I have no use for. Super frustrating. DO NOT purchase from them.

My experience with Blvck Paris has been horrendous. This company has zero integrity. As a fashion lover who spends a lot of dough on luxury clothing (and is happy to pay for the quality!), this brand is nothing but a cheap wannabe "edgy" trend masquerading as "luxury."

I bought the Blvck Tokyo pants in 'Two Shades,' opting for the gray ones—but what I received was NOTHING like the image they show on their site. The logo itself is a whole different color, and the gray hue is a completely different shade, making it far lighter (and quite frankly ugly). I bought them from 'Reach E-shop,' and contacted Blvck on chat to confirm that this was an official partner/seller, to which they said yes and explained that they partnered with this shop to bring their products to other countries.

I took photos of the pants I received and asked them to authenticate them, thinking I must have somehow gotten a counterfeit, but they said mine appear authentic. So I asked them to send me a single link online—from literally anywhere!—showing me the pants looking how they looked in my photos, but they couldn't.

They said something along the lines of, "Your pants are the updated version, and we didn't change the photo online yet but we plan to."

And that's it.

Just oh well, you received pants that look NOTHING like the image on the site, nothing like how we advertise them, but oopsie, we'll eventually change the image so it matches.

Yeah, nah. I should get exactly what was advertised, and I'm sure there are laws against this (which I am currently looking into with my legal partner—it's not about the money, it's the principle, and I will pay to hold a shoddy company accountable!).

Here's the thing: If you were to purchase a sweater online and ordered a blue one and they sent a black one with a completely different look and logo, etc., would you expect someone to just be okay with that? Especially when paying luxury prices?

This company is utterly revolting and I would heed my warning and not buy from them. I'm going to take to TikTok and Insta soon to inform all my followers, too, who are all massive fashion fans.

Blvck Paris is not a luxury brand; they're simply another gimmicky brand having their stuff made in China and pairing it with decent marketing (Ooooh, edgy all-black clothing! Come pay premium prices just to feature our trendy logo on your fabric—fabric that won't look remotely like the garment you ordered online).

This company bait and switches—so gross and not remotely of luxury standards. A luxury brand would see that, yes, the pants I received look nothing like the pants I ordered, and make sure to fix their issue. They even admitted it and said they "understand" how "not receiving the item as it looks in the image would be frustrating." Yet proceeded to do . . . nothing.

Again, revolting.

This brand will scam you then rub their hands together and think, "We've scammed another one. Wonderful work, Team! MOAR money for us!"

It's a shame, really, because had they simply offered to rectify this obvious mix-up on their end (that is zero percent my problem in any way, shape, or form) instead of choosing to be greedy then none of this would be happening.

Can't wait to see this awful brand nosedive.

You don't even have the image on your own official Blvck website updated to reflect the pants I received. That's the whole problem: I cannot find Blvck pants anywhere that look like the ones I received, and I showed proof of this (photos) and got an, "Oh well, it must suck to not receive what was shown online, but too bad." Such a gross reply. And I'm reviewing you and not Reach E-Shop because you are the ones who sent them their product; this is a you problem. They're a small business trying to help distribute your goods, but you're sending them products that look far different from how they appear on your site. The Tokyo 'Two-Shades' gray version should not look like the ones I received because they don't look like that on your official site, your promo materials—anywhere. It's still not updated on your site, even after I pointed it out, so people are still getting pants that look different from what you're promoting.

I stand by every single word of my review as I am 100% in the right here. You're a truly odious company with zero integrity. It's right there on your unclaimed BBB page. Anyone reading this, type "BLVCK BBB" into search and click the "complaints" tab near the top to read people's issues with this company. They never address their issues, which gives "struggling business that's failing" vibes.

Congrats Blvck! I really love this company..I bought the Teddy Bear Keyring which is even cuter in person, at the perfect size & at the festive version. Furthermore, the Festive Sock for the upcoming Xmas! Quality is extremely nice, as for the fabrics, believe me they have the softest touch you could ever feel! Also, I've purchased in the past the Teddy Bear Candle, which gives a unique vibe at my home & smells amazing, without even burning it! Shipping was fast & everything was beyond my expectations! 🖤

Mary handles my request promptly and efficiently

I love the pants and sweater I got. Size are true to size, the quality is great, the material of the sweater is stretchy just enough to be comfortable. The embroidery are well done. It’s my new favourite outfit.

I’ve followed Blvck Paris for a while and was very excited for the Batman Collaboration. My order was very prompt and packaging was secure with a fragile sticker on the box.

The presentation and aesthetic made it even better. Blvck Paris definitely has an eye for the details and made my purchase feel very elegant and sleek. You’re purchasing art. I was extremely impressed and look forward to doing more business with them in the future!

The sweater I bought was truly a gem. Subtle blacks, over stuffed and comfy hood with no drawstrings to get in the way. The embroidery work is on point and the front pocket is made to look and feel like actual pockets. Will buy again sometime this year.

I appreciate the high-quality materials used in their clothing, which results in a luxurious feel. Their online support was incredibly helpful when I encountered an issue with my order.

I love the clothing from this brand, from the fit, to the quality of the materials, to the packaging.

I recently bought their collaboration with UNO. Such a unique deck of cards! I love the design!
I also got the hoodie to go with and the quality is insane.

Very poor quality for the price. Seems like good quality on the website but it isn't. I had a thread sticking out of a brand new shirt and was told that it was normal and to trim it.... on a 115$ shirt. On top of that, customer service is terrible and won't offer a prepaid return label

They look like a high-end top company but in reality, they are not. The clothes look and seem to be nice but the overall experience is poor. They try to get as much money as possible from you and have bad customer service. Wanted to return something (still with tag) as to big but they give slow replies and not able to now fulfil my request.
It is a shame as I would of been a good customer of there's but if they are not able to fix this then guess not.

Ridiculous customer service and policy for some random unknown company. I bought a pair of pants to see if they were good quality. Got the pants, they were too small. So I emailed them and told them I want to send them back and get XL instead of L. Each response takes days. So after almost a week of them asking stupid questions just to delay the process I told them either tell me where to send the pants back to or they lose a customer. Once again, they send me a ridiculous response. DO NOT waste your time with these people. The quality of the clothes is not worth the price, and the customer service is bottom of the barrel garbage.

I previously had this review on another account, but the company refused to accept it, so they requested more information and got it taken down by Trustpilot, which should underline the validity of the review. Having now used the same email address on this account I used to make the order, I would love to see them try to pull the review removal off again.

Before even getting the item I was frustrated. Right from the jump, you pay over 1/10th of the item value for shipping at checkout. Then they write somewhere in fine print on the page you’ll have to pay for custom shipping (most people will miss this), after you place your order that's when they decide to tell you properly in another email. Which states, "There will be 0 refunds for cancelling orders due to not paying shipping customs". Then when the customs shipping bill comes it’s 1/3rd of the items value ($100) item. So collectively you are paying over 1/2 of the order price in additional money just for shipping which they tell you about transparently, only after the order. Seems like an unethical business practice. I know they are branding themselves as a “luxury” brand, but no other luxury brand deals with shipping like this, they are clearly a mid-tier e-commerce brand figuring it out.

Overall make sure that you understand the FULL price you will be paying is far different from the price of the item. Make sure you really want the item before buying because you’ll be paying, A LOT...

So why is this review still 4 stars? After wearing the product I bought it’s a hit, the quality is great and everyone loves it. The more time passed the happier I was with the product. And their customer service takes responsibility and does answer concerns seriously which is rare. They will truly be a luxury company if they can figure out how to streamline shipping at an affordable price.

The reason I went through the trouble of re-writing this review is that I want to see the company do better, and it wasn't even that bad to begin with.

The quality of my BLVCK clothing is absolutely incredible. I am obsessed with the clothing and product offerings. In addition, the customer service is amazing. They go above and beyond to ensure that your experience and products are exceptional (big shoutout to Mary Ann, who was swift and exceedingly kind in resolving an inquiry of mine). I constantly receive compliments when I wear any of my BLVCK clothing. They are an excellent company with incredible quality clothing that is designed impeccably. I couldn’t speak more highly of this brand and I will continue buying from BLVCK.

Mary has been absolutely fantastic in sorting out my problem with my latest purchase. I really feel she has gone above and beyond to make things right, even when we thought the problem was sorted I had further trouble which Mary sorted out straight away!! I can’t thank her enough she’s been brilliant :)
