Slechte dienst. Alleen tot eerste deur en niet naar appartement deur zelf
Kwam op verwachte tijdstip maar wilde niet naar appartement deur brengen(een grote matras).
Er is een grote lift ter beschikking maar hij zij 'ik heb opdracht alleen tot eertse deur te brengen'. Hoe moet ik dan naar mijn appartement zelf brengen? Wat is de nut van een bezorgdienst?
Engels :
Delivery agent would only bring material (a big mattress) until first door. I live in an apartment with a big lift.
If he leaves it at the first door(I. E. Outside the apartment complex) how is it expected that I take bring it to my apartment myself? What's the use of a delivery service?
That's why this delivery service gets a 1 star, because I find their service poor. The driver said he was a sub contractor and couldn't do anything.

Horrible. Avoid at all costs
Only sent 1 driver and left my sofa sitting on the side of the road. Had to call another company to get an emergency lift to actually get the sofa into my apartment. What's the point of delivery if you don't deliver it in to the address! Leaving it on the street is not a delivery service

No notice about delivery. No sms, no email. Just left my 30kg package with neighbors. That was a whole point of delivery - not to deal with it myself.
