when I bought a motorbike I was advised Aprilia because Italian ones are the best... I bought a new scooter there and in the first month I already had problems, it makes noise, chokes and does not always start.. after 18 months I have the same problem because the BMG Richmond service does not see the problem and if they do not see it they cannot fix it.. I sent a clean video, I showed the problem live, they cannot fix it, they told me 'if you do not like the motorbike then sell it' do you understand? you buy a new motorbike from them, damaged they fix it and even impudently tell me that I can sell it if I do not like it... BMG is a joke

Really great product and service - bought mp3 in 2016 … loved it …. They sold it for me in 2019 when I got another mp3.
Supplier of Great machines and also they provide 1st class servicing dept - great customer service and communication. Well done BMG. Michael M

Good bike very helpful sales people

I bought a Suzuki sv650 from BMG a few weeks. It’s the second bike I have bought from BMG and just like the first the service was fantastic. Craig was super helpful and had the bike ready for me on the day of collection with some helpful advice too. Five star service and buying experience.
