Not competent enough. They are good as conveyancers. can write you contract of sell thats it. just bunch of illiterate people. Dont waste your time here.

Waqas Hussain was my lawyer during a very challenging time when I was totally unsure what to do to get the best outcome for myself. I felt very vulnerable as I had no idea how to handle the situation.

However, Waqas came through as he provided the most excellent legal advice and representation, also in such a calming and professional way that I felt I was in very safe hands and I could trust him to deal with my situation - which is exactly what he did. BMS solicitor is the best so far, I had issue with Ryanair agents and I was represented by Mr Barbar. He didn’t not put money first but me first as his client. I couldn’t get help from legal aid but Mr Barbar accepted me to pay by instalment. He came on my first hearing without receiving any money. He came to my last hearing even knowing that I hadn’t finished the balance.

I was dealt with a lad called Waqas Hussain.
First impressions on Mr Hussain, he was very smartly dressed and looked a part of the firm.
First meeting with Mr Hussain was a breakdown of what the case would consist off and the legal aspects of it.
After that, I’ve had many phone calls and I’ve had emergency meetings which he had adhered to his schedule, even if that meant it was in his personal time.
Out of working hours Mr Hussain was available for me, this too when he was away on holiday, I could still reach him.
My experience with B.M.S. solicitors was amazing but I can honestly say it was purely to Mr Waqas Hussain who was allocated to my case(s).
I felt like a part of the firm, the way I was told about my case, my court dates. I had no tension going into them because I knew and felt like I was a part of this team and they wouldn’t let me down.
Nevertheless the outcome of the case was the best expected scenario for myself and I can not thank B.M.S. SOLICITORS enough for the services they’ve provided for me.

Absolutely brilliant service from Mr Hussain. Having dealt with my complex case which involved numerous parties I was relieved and satisfied when BMS provided a remedy for all allegations.
