I visited B&M BURSLEM and unknowingly overstayed by 10 minutes on the car park which isn’t owned by them .
I was surprised to receive a parking ticket by post . I visited the BURSLEM store to see if they could help me to challenge it !
I would like to thank the staff there for helping me . They put me onto customer services .Isabelle sorted the whole situation out for me and by the next day I had confirmation that the fine was cancelled! Thank you all very much

Went to my local B&M store Liskeard for some bags of compost. Aran was friendly, efficient & helpful, going above & beyond. He helped with loading the compost bags into the trolley, wheeling them in the trolley to the checknout & then stacking them neatly in my car boot. Thank you Aran you were fantastic.

I called customer service as I did have a problem with one of my local shops not wanting to take an item back, even though I had my receipts a lovely lady called Jane at customer service helped with this matter she called the local store and spoke to the manager and told me to go back and this could be sorted straight away and apologised for this issue, overall I’m extremely happy that in the end that my problem was solved, fantastic

I had lost my receipt to an item I had purchased in January 2026 which was still under guarantee so I rang customer services and spoke with Sue who was extremely helpful and forwarded me my receipt very quickly. Great customer support!

I would just like to commend a young member of staff at the Mold, Flintshire store today, 13th May, for her helpfulness. She assisted with locating items and loaded some heavy bags of bark and compost into my car. I didn’t get her name but discovered that it was her 22nd birthday so I hope she recognises herself on this review. Customer Service at its best.

Phone was answered promptly by a very polite and helpful Jane. I had lost the receipt for items i wanted to return for a refund. Jane found a copy of the receipt and emailed it to me so i could get the refund.

My husband and I went to B&M dartford to buy a pergola and garden furniture. We approached a young fella called Harry asking where we could get a flatbed trolley to put them on. He got us a trolley and loaded the boxes on, the pergola wouldn’t fit on so he asked another man Adam to help, they took us to the till. Thank you for your call, and I am sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing with the paint you purchased.
Concerns with paint need to be dealt with by the supplier/manufacturing, to get their expert opinion, and resolve your concerns as quickly as possible.
In order for the concerns you have raised to be investigated, can you please provide me with photos showing the issue you are experiencing, please include an up-close image of the issue you are reporting with the paint, as well and an image of the paint on the wall from a distance. Please also include an image of the tin of paint showing any barcodes that may be found on the tin or lid. This will identify the batch details.
We also require a copy of your proof of purchase for the paint. Please include the very bottom of the receipt as this holds the time and date stamp of the purchase. If you do not have the original receipt, we can accept a bank/credit card statement with the last 4 digits of the corresponding card (if you are sending a bank statement, please confirm the B&M store the item was purchased from)

Unfortunately as the tin states, the colour on the tin is for illustration purposes and the colour will depend on the number of coats applied and the nature of the substrate.
We would always recommend painting a small area as a patch test.
With this in mind we would not accept liability.

Hi Jane,
Thanks for your prompt reply and your guidance as to how to stain my decking, which I have done for the past 20 years.
As I explained to you yesterday, after I had started it was a little late to stop and it was a case of waiting for the stain to dry.
I will go and purchase some darker stain to cover the monstrosity that this has left, needless to say it won't be from B&M.
I will post this and all previous communication on to google and trust pilot reviews just to forewarn all people that intend to stain their decking to do a small test patch just in case it tuns out to be a custard finish which even though the tin says it going to be "Natural Oak" it actually is Banana Custard colour.
