No stock, no idea about availability

Have bought there 2 times.
First time, all went fine - the parts arrived quickly and were new OEM as promised.

Second time, I ordered a larger less common part (engine block). They said it was in stock and 2-4days or so delivery. However, they didn't even get back to me within 4days to confirm the order. I called two times. First call on day 3, was told to give it another day by some clueless first line support person. Second call on day 4, I learned that they have absolutely no idea as to the actual availability of the parts. They just try to source the part by requesting quotes from a number of BMW dealers they work with, and then pick the cheapest one and ship it to you. However if they don't get a response from the dealers they contact, they are completely clueless as to the reason. After 4 days of uncertainty, I decided to order from an alternative online shop that is operated by an actual BMW dealer. It turned out that the part is available, however a) not in US stock so there will be few weeks delivery time, b) they didn't know how to ship it last mile to me (given size / weight) so I agreed to pick it up. I was never able to get to this level with BMWpartsdeal given how they operate.

So long story short, don't use BMWpartsdeal for any part where the case isn't completely clear cut (fitment, availability, delivery).

My order # CB98267804 I do not recommend buying from any company who won't cancel my order because I order it Feb 24 2026 to get a email a week later to ask if I still want order but fail to make it clear it won't show up till April 21 2026 so I ask to cancel order and get refund they said no who makes a order they need now to possibly get order 2 months later I will never order from this site ever again without customer you have no business i could have got my parts from dealer or turner who have in stock bmw parts now waiting 2 months and refusing to cancel my order and refund my money I call this horrible customer service if they offer a zero I put 0 for a rating

I don't care all I know if you change your mind on any purchase or misunderstanding something it is still the buying customer choice if they want A refund or something without paying customer you have no business nobody orders a part then get sent a note saying it be 2 months before parts arrive this company a fraud i do not recommend buying this company or any company who do not value the customer PERIOD my rating towards this company a ZERO

ORDER CB97261455 After a full week of communication (check your records, I’ve been in contact in regards to my order processing since Monday 2/16/26 and parts were ordered on Saturday 2/24/26) STILL NO PARTS! I was told Friday 2/27/26 that everything would be figured out in 2 hours at 11:38 of which I didn’t receive anything until this message sent after 5:00 p.m. with absolutely no actual processing of my order after a FULL WEEK!!!! This message will be posted to your Facebook and every other review I can so people can see what kind of business you run and how you treat your customers.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Good Service.

Parts were packaged very well. Shipping was fairly good. This is a good seller and I will purchase from them again.

Wrong color. Wrong company. Don’t do business here.

Ordered a part listed on the site as grey. Received a part that was black. Even sent them pictures from their site showing product description. Terrible customer service (maybe robots) refused to acknowledge and accept the return or issue a refund citing “special order”.

Most ridiculous interactions ever.

Post reply edit: Lol! No. The part I ordered was for a grey interior. The part you sent is for a black interior. You don’t even know what you’re talking about.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MENTAL CALORIES!!!

Ordered two “M” badge emblems and only received one. Immediately contacted them and they start their “RMA” process. Called to talk to a supervisor and was told the supervisor’s are not in until 9:00 AM Pacific Time. I call back and the same lady (who makes a robot sound more human) is now claiming she is the supervisor. SERIOUSLY! Thinking I’m stupid or something. Not exactly sure how the heck this place is still operating the way they treat customers after scamming them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MENTAL CALORIES!!!

I ordered a coolant hose from…

I ordered a coolant hose from bmwpartsdeal.com and it took 2 weeks to arrive, after losing a client because it took so long to arrive. I returned to hose for 27.00 shipping and it arrived at there warehouse 1/8/26 they have failed to reimburse me, its now 1/29/26 so I went to the Attorney General and filed a case, they have still failed to reimburse me, so now its small claims time. This has been a horrible experience.
Update bmwpartsdeal.com contacted me after I left this honest review a said they would refund me if my review was taken down or edited. So here's my edit bmwpartdeal.com and im still waiting for my refund.
2/4/26 I recieved a refund. After my shipping cost and 20% restocking fee it cost me $62.00 and a client 😑 and more grief than it was worth.

The BMW OEM windshield wipers I ordered…

The BMW OEM windshield wipers I ordered were shipped in a box too small for their length and arrived sticking out through a hole on the end. The risk of damage to this or any part is unacceptable. I don't think I need to say more.
