Apr 2026 - After an excellent experience with BNC for the first part of a 5 stage project, we unfortunately have to amend our review. After the work on the patio, which was great, we planned for a level garden, bi folding doors and the front resurfaced which BNC was going to do. Unfortunately, during the garden relevelling we saw a significant drop in customer service in 2025 from the team. Reliability became a significant issue with dates promised and consistent no shows. What was even worse was the lack of communication around the unreliability. No text, email or call to say they were not coming and we would have to reach out to get an update on what was happening. Several tiles from the patio job have become slightly lose and Ben has just ignored returning our calls to have them fixed. I understand Ben had a difficult 2025 but there is no excuse for a lack of communication to a client. We have felt let down by Ben and BNC and have sadly had to move to another company to take on the other projects.
