Boundless tech has been amazing! They quickly replaced my malfunctioning pen with minimal effort from my part! I have already recommended them to friends looking for pens!

When buying the vaporizer i added to the cart a promo vape+adapter, an hour later when i confirm the cart the adapter was not included.
I did a complaint and they explain me that the promo was already finished.
Nevertheless, the service and attention was great and fast. They gave me the option to buy the adapter and refunded the shipping.
Not the best but was a good setvice for me.

I’ve only had a few things shipped so far but I’ve had zero issues. Shipping’s always been super-prompt, hassle-free, and the products have been great quality.

I will say, the first Terp Pen XL I ordered was a wee bit finicky from the start, but I assumed it just needed more time to warm up. Bought a second recently and I’ve not had that issue. I use both fairly regularly.

I bought my first terp pen in December. I ordered a replacement pack of coils and it wasn’t in the package when it arrived. I contacted customer service and they got back to me less than 24 hours later and sent a replacement immediately.
I recently ordered some more replacement coils to have on hand and the package was showing delivered but I had not received it. I reached out to customer service and again I was contacted within 24 hours.
The customer service I have received when dealing with BT has been amazing!!!

Terp pen Xl came with a bent receiver and had to be bent back to turn on. Product is alright just annoyed I had to fix my brand new pen.
