I purchased a Christmas gift on 12/6-…

I purchased a Christmas gift on 12/6- plenty of time for delivery. It got stalled and possibly lost in transit- and the reps are doing absolutely nothing to rectify the situation as this was supposed to be a Christmas gift. They are just saying to wait it out. Unacceptable.

I ordered the Skinscript charcoal wash

I ordered the Skinscript charcoal wash, This is my absolute favorite skincare product. In order to buy it you have to have an esthetician's license so the fact that they have this product for unlicensed individuals is a blessing. THIS IS THE ONLY PRODUCT THAT HAS CLEARED MY CYSTIC/HORMONAL ACNE!! I give it a 10/10 and recommend that you buy this product if you are struggling with acne. I have tried everything from pills, expensive skin care regimens and more.
