Enjoying B9

I really enjoy how the support team reaches back out when you have questions! It’s really quickly they always try to resolve issues really fast! I just wish my advance would increase a little faster. OVERALL I LOVE THIS APP!

They closed my account without notice

They closed my account without notice. I got left stranded outside of work because they blocked card from being use. I need my card to call an uber. Worst decison I made was putting my trust in them. I actually told my sister about this because a lawyer. If anyone want to join me we can open up a class action lawsuit as well pain and suffering. They stole my funds and direct deposit and closed my account.

customer service is the worst i have…

customer service is the worst i have seen, no real person to take your call, they close your request with out an explaining, they anwser there msg with Hello and there is no one to talk to, i would personally not use there service and go to some one like Dave or Money Lion.

VERY POOR SERVICE HERE..

Bad experience

I've read the comments here, and they're true. Part of my check went into this account. I tried to withdraw it by requesting a debit card, but it was impossible due to errors in the wrong zip code they placed on my address. I made a wire transfer to my account, but the money never arrived. The money disappeared, and b9 says that LP is with my other bank, but my other bank isn't. In short, my money is missing. I opened a dispute, but honestly, don't use this app.

If I could give zero stars I would…

If I could give zero stars I would service was great until it wasn't. Early paychecks yes advances yes pay more for bigger advances they take the money and shut off the advances. Total rip off! Closed account. Open a Chime account great benefits and not a rip off.
