I had a few problems in the beginning of using b9 but the were resolved quick an now I use it all the time I like b9 app.

I love that I can get an advance on my pay but the fees are too high. I also don’t like that you can transfer more than $500 at a time, which incurs more fees.

It was easy to sign up to the account AND it was VERY SOON afterwards that I received my first advance. The way they do things is kinda OFF TRACK but it's cool

I don’t exactly know how to feel yet

I don’t exactly know how to feel yet. I’m having a lot trouble with held funds that the merchant does see on their end to release and although the merchant has called B9 personally to inform they would release a hold if they could but it’s not in their database at all to release and b9 has no way to override and cancel transaction even after the merchant tells them if there is any charges to my card it was by mistake and should be refunded or. Canceled or what ever but nope the transaction is stuck in limbo and I have to wait 30 for transaction to fall off

So far everything's been pretty decent…

So far everything's been pretty decent I've dealt with support and they fixed the problem right away and everything's been pretty great the only thing I dislike is that transferring it to my other bank account costs $4

Completely worthless

Very poor customer service, had a temp hold on my account for a full mth, got a different excuse every time I contacted them, agents take hours to respond..! would not recommend this banking app to anyone..very poor quality, and very disorganized..!

Don't Use at Target

This account works really well, right up until it duplicates transactions, and customer service waves off the fact that the original transaction cleared and their system generates a hold for the exact same amount the following day, then they tell you it can take up to 30 days to release it.
