Placed an order on 8th of December and they don’t even respond to my emails and requests just to inform me. I’m going for bank support to report fraud. Stay away from this company if there is one eventually

Lovely lights! High quality! Vintage look

Delivery ok but the light that arrived…..awful.
€127 for 2 bits of cheap glass and poor fittings. The dimensions of the smaller circle and the lighting pattern in the photos are nothing like the real cheap Chinese light that arrived today.
Do not be fooled!
The review I tried to leave for this particular light won’t allow me to add photos and then wouldn’t allow me to submit. I wonder why?!!

We placed an order for three lamps on Black Friday 2025, and today is December 31, 2025. The lamps were newer shipped. We left numerous messages and sent multiple emails to customer service, but never heard back. Have to reach out to the credit card for support.

Still haven't received product. Was promised a 2 to 4 day delivery by Fedex. I called and texted for weeks, Finally got a response. My emails were in her spam folder. "She" sent a photo at bottom of customer service. That photo was stolen from the internet. DO NOT TRUST. DO NOT BUY!

Bought 7 lamps and a Faucet.
Faucet came completly other item different from the one in the picture/description
Support does not respond
Lamps are Aliexpress items with added pricing x2

Run away from this company

Ordered lights almost two months ago and never got them. I asked for refund but after a few AI generated emails they started to ignore me. I will take action with my bank. It's whether a scam or a very poorly leaded company.
Don't buy from them!

The custumer service is low quality.
The product quality is also not the best!

The product is more or less ok - overpriced, compared to the reality - but the service is a catastrophy.
You cannot track the package and worry all the way if it arrives at all (i think it comes from China…).
And now the really bad news: they sent a wrong colored bulb not fitting with the lamp and it was also broken. After several emails they answered they will send a replacement, but they did not and now they dont respond. Looks like a very very amateur company, i dont recommend anyone to buy anything.

I will comment if they send a bulb at the end at all….

Zero Communication For A Refund. No one answers the phone and they keep responsing in emails in days with the same question, never opening an RA. Product was cheaply made in China.

I cannot say enough good things about BOHA! I bought a chandelier for my entryway the lights are beautiful, and beyond well made. Great value for the price, looks like a high-end piece that you would find at an expensive designer store. The customer service was excellent. I am already picking out my next order.

Ordered lights back in September and still don’t have these, it’s now mid November. No customer service, just a bot called Stephanie. I’ve requested a refund at least 4 times and been ignored. Please do not order from this company as they don’t abide by reasonable consumer guidelines. Really disappointing as they have some nice lights on their website site.

I like the Bo Ha lighting for their versatility and good quality products. Recommended to everyone.

The brand reached out and is coercing positive reviews on Trust Pilot as part of a way to win $400 in store credit. Beware of any good reviews in Nov 2025.

The lights took a little longer to come than I thought but the support from the company was super, so no complaints. The lights were high quality and look great!

Impossible to reach for support. No idea where my purchase is. Going to pursue action with my bank.

Update: after I left this review, they finally responded to my emails. The product was eventually delivered but I am returning it. If the customer service had been better I might have ordered a different product from them, but based on this experience I would never recommend this company.

They have no customer service, There is just an AI doing their customer service called Stephanie. Don't want to return, and just pass the buck till you give up.

Worst experience ever. It's been over 2 months and still haven't received a single working item. Super cheap and everything gets lost in shipping but they won't even provide tracking so I doubt anything is getting shipped. The items I did receive are super cheap and the outlet cover is smaller than anything available in the US. The wiring looks like Cat6 and takes e27 bulbs that are not common in the US.
