Parcel not received.
The item was ordered on 11th December as a Christmas gift; it is now 28th December and the item has still not arrived. I understand that there have been disruptions to the Royal Mail postal service, however I had to contact you to prompt you to dispatch the parcel. Disappointing!

Still not received an order despite…
Still not received an order despite emailing on a couple occasions. I was advised it was most likely due to postal strikes. Given that the order was placed first week in December I doubt that is the case as I have received plenty other parcels ordered after that date.
Another order has been placed which again I am yet to receive.
