RUN don't walk from this place !! Better yet don't waste your time going there. I bought a new 20 foot sun tracker pontoon in 2019 and when it was delivered it had a stain they couldn't get out , they called Sun Tracker and they told them to replace the floor cover. They said they would order the material and call me when it comes in and they would pick it up and start the job.... six months and many calls later i'm told the covering wasn't even ordered, fast forward another six months and they say it's in and they will pick up the boat. They pick it up and 3 months later they say its ready. They drop it off and when we inspected it we noticed things were not reinstalled , broken , scratched and dented. The service manager said they would pick it back up and replace or fix what THEY screwed up.
They would pick it up AGAIN and by then COVID was their out for the delay on getting parts. I wait another 6 months of no returned phone calls , emails or texts. when i finaly get some one to answer the phone, i'm told the service mgr no longer worked there so the new one said to send him pictures of all the things they messed up on .... this is the 4th time i had to take and send pictures. He get back to me and says THOSE parts were never ordered, mind your this is now almost a year of waiting on the parts they needed because of their inept ability to repair their mistake issues. i call back months later only to be told THAT service mgr is gone and the new person can't find the work order that is now 2 years old. They also now need me to take pictures again of what needs to be done. Months later the parts come in and boat gets picked up and i get a call boat is done, they deliver it and guess what.... some things are fixed and some new tears and dents are on the boat and not ALL things were fixed. They pick it up again once those parts come in and i wait months again. Parts come in and they fix "everything" . At this point i'm dealing with the district manager and he asks me to come to the dealership so we can do a walkaround together to make sure its all done. He says he personally checked the list and said its completed. I drive out and it looked fine , i asked if the trim gauges was finaly working and he said "Yes", stupid me for believing him and taking him on his word. The boat gets delivered to the boat ramp, i get it to float it off the trailer and guess what ... not one person checked to see if it would start. The battery was completely dead and wouldn't start. Their delivery driver had NO extra battery and NO jumper box in the truck....smart thinking ahead guys. The driver calls the shop and even he's put on hold for 20 minutes. He finally gets someone and they will bring out a battery. We wait and guess who shows up ... the district mgr AND a mechanic. they find out it IS only a battery and replace it, i'm back in the boat waiting to put it in the water and decided to test the trim gauge......it DOESNT work and even the district mgr is lying to me about him doing a walk around. i told him to just send the gauge and i would replace it.... You would think after all that he WOULD send it out asap , NO i wait 10 days not one returned or answered call , i finally call parts and have them just send it . 4 YEARS OF LIES , WAITING AND FRUSTRATION!!!! The boat is great the completed service dept and management needs to be replaced AGAIN.
