The items I ordered were exactly what I needed.

Return policy is pure thievery. $28,33 penalty charged on a $80 purchase. Very poor business practices. Instant charge to your card, no allowing cancellation of product, charging an outrageous return fee. Nevermore will this sorry company get another dollar from me & I hope this review keeps your $$ in your pocket. .

We had questions about one of the pedestal tables so called instead of just ordering online. Questions were answered, we ordered, and had the table in two days. No installation screws were included, so maybe check that out when you order.

Ordered an electric head for my 25' Pursuit. Shipping was quick and part was as advertised. Purchase from BoatiD with confidence.

Ordering was easy and the delivery was fast.

I ordered a skeg-guard for my Mercury outboard. Fount it on BOATiD for much lower than anywhere else. The shipping was higher than other vendors. But shipping was super fast, got it in 2 days and it was shipped from the opposite side of the US. Overall I'm pleased, they have a massive selection. I will shop with BOATid again.

The price may be great, but the shipping cost may be higher than the price. For one of my items the shipping cost was nearly 3 times that of the item. Since this item was bundled with another item, the shipping cost was not evident until the order was placed. Check the shipping cost before purchase.

BoatID had what I needed and I knew that based on their in stock notifications. Shipping was very fast and although I have a quality control issue with a product, I’ll be taking that up with Lee’s Tackle not BoatID

These people are liars because they don't list tax, and shipping before you start paying. This is because they don't calculate shipping and tax until you use your enter credit card or Paypal. Stay away from this too good to be true website.

Ordered on Monday received the next day, the price was great. Couldn't be happier

I was told if I placed an order today, BOATiD would ship the same day. I was assured the part was in inventory. This part’s value is in excess of $1100. My credit card was immediately charged for the full amount. Two weeks later I receive a second email delaying shipment for an additional week. I cancelled the order and my refund is being reviewed and that process will take up to five business days before any refund is sent to my bank. These people are con artist and I have multiple chat transcripts to prove it.

Everything I have order ships in reasonable time and is usually the best price around. Customer service is great and always responds quickly. For a retailer who’s across the country from me they do pretty well at servicing my needs. Will be ordering from them again.

BOATiD had exactly what I wanted, was fairly priced, and shipped promptly. Nothing more is required. I'm happy!

Beware!! They will charge your account before an item ships. I ordered a $381 chart plotter on 1/25/20. They charged my account and then notified me the chart plotter was discontinued. Now it is 2/3/20 and I still do not have a credit. I will never do business with CARiD or BOATiD again.

Bought a Camco® - DIY Boat Winterizer: BOATiD had it at a lower price than any other website! It arrived when expected.
