Sounds Great but cancelled on the day
It sounds great, would have loved to actually use the service and take advantage of it however I was contacted late the day before asking if the bags could be collected now, I said that would be okay however customer service was then shut. Woke up to a message saying they would collect between 9-11 and an hour and a half later told that they couldn’t find a driver (I was allocated one in my text) and that they had to cancel. My resort was not far from airport compared to other resorts on the island and my booking was placed a week ago. Really disappointed and now have to cut the holiday short and sort out bags ourselves.

This service is just a joke, do NOT book with BOB. We paid for a transfer of luggage from the Airport of Palma to our house and nobody never came. They do not answer to phone calls or emails.
BOB is pure scam, avoid it.

GREAT IDEA
Overall this is a great service. No queuing to check in plus no heavy bags to lug around on the metro. Much cheaper than a taxi and all worked really smoothly.
It was initially frustrating as there is a very generic 4 hour time slot so a lot of hanging around. I chose the option for the collection on the day of the flight but they arrived right at the tail end of the slot by which time I was wondering if they’d turn up at all. BUT turn up they did and after that it was all plain sailing. I found customer service was very good - they replied quickly and politely and got back to me about what was going on like they said they would.
My advice would be pick the night before slot if you can then it frees you up for the whole day of the actual flight to do other things before heading to airport. Overall recommended.

We are due a pickup today,I am sorry to carry this on, but you took the booking on the 21 January but only let me know 4 hours before the pickup you could not do it.
We are due a pickup today, normal time we are quoted is between 18/22 hours, four hours before the pickup we get a email saying the pickup has been cancelled, and our money will be returned in 5 to 10 days, saying I am a bit miffed is putting it lightly. What a terrible way to treat customers.

Just about perfect service
The driver and his assistant were punctual in picking up the luggage. They were very cordial and helpful in assisting with weight distribution between the bags, required documentation review and in explaining how the overall process worked. It was very relieving to go to the airport with my wife and 3 children in one car without having to worry about the logistics with our 6 pieces of luggage, going directly to the check in. I will not only use this service more often from now on but also recommend to friends.
