Great customer service from Brett
Great customer service from Brett - Royal Mail had caused a lot of problems in delivering my package. I explained everything to Brett and the response was immediate on all occasions. New package sent out straight away and everything looked great. Really impressed and thanks again for solving the issue!

Wish I could give no stars
Wish I could give no stars. Shocking customer service. Bought a gift for my daughter for Christmas. Arrived damaged all the packets had leaked leaving hardly any balls left in the pots. Had to throw it all away due to hygiene as all packaging was sticky and obviously items had leaked therefore not clean as not sealed.
Contacted them twice and had no reply. Tried the phone number- no reply.
Complete waste of money and one very disappointed child.

Rude and disappointing
Emailed company to check when would my order be delivered, as it was quite a few days after I placed the order and since I am working more often than beeing at home, I chose my work address for the delivery (as per usual, and as we all do). I was told it has already been delivered? After checking with everyone next door and on the premises, I emailed to say it has genuinely not been delivered to myself, nor has it been delivered to the right place overall (which has happened before becasue there is a business offering the same services close by, but with a different name and previous times our packs have been occasionally been delivered there by the couriers). I was told that police might get involved where there is CCTV available. With all due respect, people would not like police to be issuing footage from their workplace where patients are being seen, in order to justify a £15 order for Bubble Tea Boba. I did share my thoughts with Brett and asked if I could have a contact for the complaints department of the company, but never received a reply. I have shared with Brett that I will also not be ordering anything anymore from them and am not requesting a refund either. I just wanted to send a feedback and was kind enough to collaborate throughout this whole time, rather than demand and be rude. It's just disgusting, would not recommend at all. Help a business where your custom will be appreciated rather than fobbed off after you've actually been nice about it and understanding as a person who deals with patients and knows things like this happen.

Didn't receieve my whole order but contacted them to get it right. After multiple tries, I finally got a response that basically said I lied about not receiving everything and not to order from them again. I was nothing but cordial and I understand that human error happens but the owner was rude and insulting. I can not recommend anyone to shop from bobalife.co.uk
