Ordered online from Bob and Kates early evening, brilliant service, got email back within minutes stating it would be posted in morning. True to their word it was and goods arrived within days. They followed up confirming order processed and again following delivery checking I was happy with items ( which i am) . Good service and brilliant customer service

I have ordered from Bob and Kate’s gift shop a few times now, and I have to say that every time has been a delight. The packaging is so beautiful and delivery is super fast! I love to get my Jellycats from here and hope to be able to continue to shop them with you guys. I’ve also visited their shop once before and it was so lovely and the owners are just so kind! Couldn’t recommend enough!

I recently made a purchase from Bobs&Kates, I had been watching Tommy’s videos on TikTok for awhile and had been keeping my eye out for a certain JellyCat when I seen the video I made the purchase and within a few minutes I received an email saying to say my order was being packed. Tommy is a pleasure to deal with and when it arrived it was gift wrapped which was such a lovely touch. Will definitely continue to buy any future sought after jelly cats from here and would 100% recommend others to.

Absolutely superb customer service. Was shopping a last minute Christmas Jellycat gift. Contacted shop directly and Scottie was shipped (and gift wrapped) within the hour. Follow-up call and email from Tommy at 'Bob and Kate's' who went above and beyond to verify delivery. Would recommend to any potential customer.

Did two transactions recently with Bob and Kate’s Gift. Within half an hour I received an email from Tommy saying my order was processed and on the way. Both arrived beautifully wrapped and within 48 hours to me. Professional, efficient and so friendly and nice to deal with. It was my first time purchasing from here and I had a fantastic experience with this store. I was on the hunt for a much sought after Jellycat teddy for a Christmas gift. Found it on Bob and Kates online and ordered very easily through the website. Very prompt email from Tommy to assure me the order was packed and shipped which I though was such a lovely personal touch not something you see all the time. So delighted I found this lovely gift shop. I was looking for a Jellycat that couldn’t be got anywhere else I tried. They are so nice and personable, keeping me to to date on my order. My package arrived boxed and also beautifully gift wrapped, highly recommend!

First time buyer. Excellent product, well packed,swift delivery..

I ordered a Christmas present online. I received an email with tracking details. My order arrived very quickly. It was wrapped in lovely age appropriate paper with a little ribbon tied around and finished in tissue paper. Perfect for anyone ordering a gift to send straight to the recipient. There was a business card signed on the back by Tommy, saying thank you. So much effort, I was delighted to have chosen a small independent store.
I would highly recommend and will use this store again.
