Website bobbibrown.nl is a disaster; it does not work, images do not load, it does not recognise my password etcetera. Helpdesk says problems with browser Edge are known and one should try Chrome, Incognito, refuse cookies and create a new account with another email. Indeed I got through but still a horrible and time consuming shopping experience.
After reading the other negative reviews about non-delivery of packages, I cross my fingers whether I will receive my order at all....

Do not order from this site. Better to buy their products somewhere else. I ordered an eyebrow pen now about 8 weeks ago, paid,got an order confirmation - and then nothing, no delivery info, tracking number was sent by them or their courier. After 10 days, I tried to get in touch with their client service. Online chat not working, on whatsapp no one replied for about a week, took another week to talk to someone on the phone. Basically, I just wanted a refund, not the product anymore after 3 weeks. Had to go then via the USA customerservice email , who then got someone from EEMEA reply to me. Still no refund, the put it on ups, as a consumer I really don’t care about their issues with deliver companies they choose. Basically, BB NL refuses to refund me before ups has returned the product to them. Which at this point I doubt will still happen. In short - DO NOT order via Bobbibrown.nl!

Service? Daar doet Bobbi Brown niet aan...
I am looking for weeks/months for the Brow Shaper Brunette.
Bobbi brown is doing a national advertisement/campaign with their brow shaper, but not having any stock for multiple colors, neither online or at physical resellers.
When trying to submit a review on their site, it is denied, because "it is not about the product, but *probably* about the shipment or our service".
