Professional troubleshooting and great service !

During the payment process, there was a problem, but the company responded quickly by email and provided a solution to my order. I am impressed with the customer service, they were very kind to me and right now I am waiting for my Bullfrog plush to arrive. If I have any problems or questions, I know I can trust them.

I am extremely satisfied, it is a trustworthy company.

I’m sure the produce would’ve been fine if the delivery guy didn’t leave it in the rain and ruin the book.
