Nous avons commandé une table chez Bobochic et l’avons reçue avec de graves défauts : l’un des piétements était ébréché et mal remonté, et le plateau présentait plusieurs éclats. Aucun contrôle qualité pour un produit censé représenter une certaine gamme.
Nous avons contacté le service client pour demander un remboursement, très déçus par la qualité du produit et par l’expérience globale. D’une marque comme Bobochic, nous attendions bien mieux.

Title: Total disappointment: damaged product and poor service
We ordered a table from Bobochic and received it with major defects: one of the legs was chipped and poorly reassembled, and the tabletop had several dents and scratches. No quality control whatsoever for a product that claims to be high-end.
We contacted customer service to request a refund, very disappointed with both the product quality and the overall experience. We expected much better from a brand like Bobochic.

Après avoir reçu une table endommagée, une nouvelle nous a été livrée — le strict minimum pour une entreprise qui expédie un produit dans un tel état.
Malheureusement, l’ancienne table n’a pas été reprise lors de la livraison, ce qui nous laisse avec deux tables dans notre salon pour une durée indéterminée. Une logistique mal pensée et non maîtrisée.
Par ailleurs, les livreurs se sont montrés impolis et totalement indifférents à notre situation, sans aucun effort de compréhension ou de solution.
Je reste profondément déçu. Cela confirme l’incapacité totale de Bobochic à accompagner le client tout au long de son parcours d’achat, de la commande à la réception.

After receiving a damaged table, we were sent a replacement — the absolute minimum for a company delivering a faulty product.
However, the original table was not collected during delivery, leaving us with two tables in the living room for an undefined period. This reflects seriously poor logistical planning.
To make things worse, the delivery staff were rude and completely unwilling to assist or adapt to our situation.
I remain very disappointed. This entire experience confirms Bobochic’s inability to support the customer throughout the purchase journey, from order to delivery.

I got what I wanted, however the team member I was in contact with didn't know what delivery company they were using (or didn't check properly...) so it was ready to be delivered a month before I actually got it. The delivery company tried to contact me when it was ready, it was much earlier than I had been told, so I checked with Bobochic and their employee said its not them, so I ignored the messages thinking it was a scam. Then Bobochic write to me again, a month later, saying sorry it was actually them... So I ask if there are any options for compensation given I ordered a sofa bed and friends and family had to stay somewhere in hotels/airbnb and pay. The compensation is not even worth having... I just hope you don't have to have to communicate with Justine.

The delivery to Belgium arrived in less than 2 weeks and the delivery and set-up service was extremely efficient.

Head of bed was faulty, the delivery guys could not install it. In 2 weeks after multiple emails and calls we still have no confirmed date for delivery and installation, while they have stock of it according to their website.
Client experience 0. Literally cant use my bed since 2 weeks. I am not buying anymore from them.
Update of 09/04 after their original response on this website. We still do not have even a timeslot when the head of the bed will arrive. Maybe you should have spent the effort on actually solving the problem instead of writing here. The one star rating stays.
Update: 18/04 Finally they sent the fault that incorrect last time but they did only deliver it to the street door and they refused also to do the assembly. It is beyond incompetence at this point. I am contacting the consumer protection authorities.

The delivery person was pleasant and professional, and I I really like the pouf. However, I had somewhat of a difficult time attaching the legs since the holes for the screws barely existed - I first had to open each hole up a bit by tapping a screw into it before properly screwing them into place with a Philips screwdriver. Be sure to have Phillips screwdrivers on hand.

En effet, le 3 janvier, nous avons réceptionné les deux colis. En déballant le premier, qui n'était pas abîmé, nous avons été choqués de découvrir un trou sur le canapé. Il est important de préciser que ce dommage se trouve directement sur le canapé et non dans l'emballage, ce qui prouve qu'il ne s'agit pas d'un dommage lié au transport, mais bien d'un défaut de fabrication. Nous avons des vidéos et des photos pour étayer cette constatation.
Malgré l'ouverture d'un ticket le 3 janvier même, nous n'avons toujours pas reçu de réponse ou de solution satisfaisante. Jusqu'à présent, nous avons uniquement reçu deux réponses de votre part, et aucune d'elles ne traite le problème de manière appropriée. L'une de vos propositions est un bon de 40 euros à utiliser uniquement sur votre site, ce qui est inacceptable. Pourquoi devrais-je accepter un bon de 40 euros alors que j'ai dépensé 1967 euros pour un produit endommagé ? Cette somme ne couvre même pas les frais de réparation. L'autre solution proposée est de traiter le problème avec l'assurance, ce qui est inacceptable puisque le dommage provient clairement du fabricant et non d'un accident. Pourquoi devrais-je faire appel à l'assurance quand cela relève de votre responsabilité directe ?
Nous sommes extrêmement déçus par l'absence de responsabilité et la gestion de cette situation. Après tant d'enthousiasme à l'idée de recevoir ce canapé, nous sommes frustrés de ne pas pouvoir en profiter à cause de ce défaut de fabrication. Nous vous demandons donc de bien vouloir nous indiquer clairement la marche à suivre pour résoudre ce problème de manière appropriée.

Despite opening a ticket on the same day, January 3rd, we still have not received any satisfactory response or solution. So far, we have only received two replies from you, and neither of them addresses the issue properly. One of your proposals is a €40 voucher to be used only on your website, which is unacceptable. Why should I accept a €40 voucher when I spent €1967 on a damaged product? That amount doesn’t even cover the repair costs. The other solution proposed is to deal with the insurance company, which is also unacceptable as the damage clearly comes from manufacturing and not an accident. Why should I go to the insurance company when this is your direct responsibility?
We are extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and how this situation has been handled. After so much excitement about receiving the sofa, we are frustrated that we cannot use it due to this manufacturing defect. We request that you clearly indicate how you plan to appropriately resolve this issue.

Excellent quality and great customer service!
I purchased the Chelsea sofa from the website and it is exactly as it is shown in the pictures and videos - it is very comfortable, spacious and great to enjoy nice moments at home.
I had the sofa delivered to Belgium and, although there was an issue with the delivery of the package to my apartment, the customer service was extremely kind and supportive. Many thanks particularly to Marie who followed my claim and was very quick at answering and providing me solutions!

Bobochick paris on Polish domain is a fictional e-shop that do not ship orders and do not react to customer complains. Avoid it!

In their terms there in art. 4: "NEGOMARKETS.PL also reserves the right to change prices at any time and without prior notice. However, the price given on the Website on the day the order is placed will be the only price applicable to the Customer."
Also, by canceling the order they informed me that it is illegal in France to sell it with loss-making sale, but the order was placed on Polish website, the invoice was generated by Polish company and the Polish law is unequivocal in this matter - the customer has the right to buy the product by paying the displayed price, even if it means loss-making sell. When I mentioned this to customer service, they stopped communicating with me. The case will be controlled via Customer Protection Office. Avoid this company, they are not fair.

To tell you the truth I received excellent 👌 service experience at the shop bobochic. All the team were so kind and tried to solve the problem I had with an order and choose the right sofa for my apartment.

I am overall happy with the sofa. Pretty expensive, but it is also quite nice. I've seen many negative reviews about the delivery, but in my experience this was pretty standard good (in Belgium). However, customer service is hard to reach since you cannot call them directly.
(Update) If what you say in your response is true, then it shouldn’t be a problem to post the customer service number directly here. Is it?
