The product range is good. I am yet to receive my bed that I ordered online. Transport charges are high. Would have been great if installation was included.

Meuble TV à 49€ mais qui vaut vraiment ses 49€. Porte fendue au vissage !!! Meuble en papier à cigarettes 😁 Mais bon il fera l'affaire. Par contre la table basse impeccable.

Ugh, so many issues. Yes, their stuff is cute and stylish but good luck getting a delivery in ANY semblance of the time they promise.
I ordered a Kasha buffet in JUNE 2023. I'm still waiting for the front piece. 2 of 3 boxes were delivered in July and by August, I realized a piece was missing. It took a month for them to agree to replace the missing parts. So, that was "ordered" on Sept 28th. It's January 21st and I still don't have the piece and there is NO communication. on the website, it finally says that it's completed the "in preparation" stage, but no communication regarding delivery at all. 4 months. This is ridiculous.
Really wouldn't order from this company if I were you.

Paying shipping for each item when I'm ordering three units from the same product line is insulting. I should not be paying €200+ in shipping for anything in 2024 when I'm ordering over €1000 worth of products.

We ordered few month ago. When the couch arrived we notified that it was not build correctly and missing stuffing
We called true client service that told us they will send the picture and video to the manufacturer
6 weeks after, they are telling us their affording to them, there is no isssue.
We then asked to return the couch and now they are saying that we passed the 14 days delay
What a shame on you. For this price the quality is just a robbery !

No, the customer service didn’t help at all, the answer she gave me is that I can pay 180 euros to return the couch . I’m sorry but that is not a good customer service, good customer service is to send a quality couch for the money I paid and not to pay 2 time shipping and to stay without a couch. End of day I will not order again from BOBOCHIC and recommend all others not to do so.
I would be happy if you will contact me to discuss about sending a new couch and taking back the defect one without any additional shipping cost.

Absolutely Terrible Experience - Do NOT Trust This Company!
I cannot express how disappointed I am with this company. We paid in full for a couch and bed, and over 2 1/2 months later, we're still waiting. Every time we inquire about our order, they claim to contact the delivery company, but it's just a runaround. No one knows where our package is, and it's been a month with no updates.
Getting in touch with them is a nightmare. Be prepared to waste at least 30 minutes on hold every time you call. The lack of communication and accountability is appalling. Save yourself the frustration and find a more reliable company for your furniture needs. This has been a regrettable experience, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

I bought a couch with premium delivery, which implies delivering the product to your apartment plus the assembling. I called the service before buying the coach to confirm it could be delivered to the 3rd floor without an elevator.
On the day of the delivery, the coach came in two huge boxes that barely went through the house entrance (we have a much bigger than average entrance door in our place). Once the boxes were in, the delivery company said they would not take the boxes upstairs because they were too heavy and because the boxes were too big to get through the stairs. I suggested that we open the boxes and carry the pieces separately, but they refused that saying that they could not do that or they could be held responsible for the parts that came damaged - this is insanity considering they had been paid to assemble the coach, so they would need to open the boxes anyway.
When I called customer service, they blamed me for not measuring the staircase - well, before the purchase I had called their sales service to confirm that it would be possible to deliver to my house and I explained well the situation of the stairs, measures etc..... Never again the worst purchase I made in my life and awful customer service. No attempt to help at all. The incompetence of their services was appalling.
I just want to add here that despite their response and attempt to pretend they care, their customer service has not yet refund me for what I paid for the premium delivery and they keep blaming me. Zero responsibility and ownership. I remind BOBOCHIC, that you chose your partners, they are essential to your business, so chose better, not elegant to blame them for your not well planned service.
To be fully transparent, before I bought the couch I read reviews here and I thought they were perhaps not that accurate. I fact they are, avoid buying with them not to have to endure their awful customer service afterward.

We received a damaged 500 euros desk table, we only opened during the weekend because that's when we would have time to assemble it.
When we've sent them the photo, they told us too late 48 hours limit. Moreover they deliver in the street, not to your house.

In terms of quality, this bed is very strong. In terms of beauty, Super good. In terms of color, it is not exactly similar as showing in the picture on the website, infact, it is little bit off-red. Still, we are satisfy as it looks nice too (less bling-bling).

Terrible quality - Scam company. Dont order from them.
Ordered a mattress via amazon that was suppose to be 20cm thick. Received a mattres that is 5cm thick.

Bought a 3 seater voltaire canapé. It looks great and was great. Expect that I made a mistake and a 2 seater was better. They solved it. They deliver international with ok kind of job but it does succeed and I am happy about tbe process and quality. Usually I put 0 stars bit I can only recommend for onfce

Wish I could give zero stars. Worst company ever!!! They send me a broken sofa (value 822 euro) and refused to solve it. Very bad customer service. I just want an intact sofa. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! EVER! Soooo bad, I have been trying to communicate with them since January 2022 and it is still not solved.

Don't buy from them. They have the worst customer care service EVER.
They never reply to emails, they very rarely reply to phone calls, and when they answer they say "yes, of course we've seen your email". Not only they scam you. They also make fun of you.
After calling them 3/4 times, they put your number in a blacklist and they don't answer anymore. However, if you call with hidden caller ID, they answer immediately.
We had to fight for more than one month to obtain the restitution of the money that we have paid for an article that we have received broken TWICE. Luckily my partner is a lawyer and apparently that's the only thing that they are afraid of. Once she was mentioned in the conversation, they gave me back the money in 3 days.

Don't buy Bobochic. The quality is terrible, their service even worse. We bought a settee a year a go and after a couple of months the seat werent straight. Their seemingly useual response that this happened through use. DONT BUY BOBOCHIC!
