Worst company ever! The manager there was rude and was only interested in getting me to sign on the dotted line and hand over my money. She was insistent on me taking a bigger unit than what I wanted!! They say the units are leak proof but there were puddles all over the floors. You don’t even get 24 access to your unit!
We’ve had the storage unit for 18mths now, since moving back to Wales, and it has been a godsend !
The units are clean, dry & all our clothes, beds, etc have been stored there with no problems at all.
The ladies are very friendly/helpful, and there are numerous trolleys etc there for you to help with loading/ unloading… and plenty of parking too …
Once we move again, we will certainly be back to use the storage facilities again!!
Excellent service. Clean, dry storage and easy access. Complied with COVID -19 measures too!
