Very easy to set up

Very easy to set up! My top tip though— try to use it alongside other exercises for the best of results. It works even better after cardio helping with cooling down. Target muscles that weren’t fully engaged during the workouts. Great kit for beginners and professionals too!

This company is a SCAM. Take money for item, NEVER DELIVER then use your payment details to use in apps they download and other fraudulent activities. DO NOT TOUCH UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Ordered an electric pump on 12…

Ordered an electric pump on 12 December, haven't received it and company have not responded to follow up emails. Their support email has now been deleted. Looks as though they may now have gone out of business.
Avoid at all costs.

Ordered an electric tyre pump on the 5th December never arrived took my money though now the 8th of January despite numerous emails absolutely no response shocking company shocking customer service AVOID AT ALL COSTS

No product received no refund no…

No product received no refund no response from them after 5’emails !

Avoid this crocked company at all costs

I received an email saying I will get a refund, this was 5 weeks ago, guess what? No refund.

Avoid this company at all costs

I placed an order with this company on November 20th 2024 it is now 6th January and my order has not arrived.i have contacted the company on four occasions but still no delivery. On my last message I requested a refund but still no response. I would suggest people avoid this company.

Ordered an electric pump with 2-4 days delivery.2 weeks later nothing and no response from various emails I have sent. Keep away from this company.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. I ordered an electrical pump from them on 24th November its now 12th December and despite assurances from them it would be delivered two weeks ago its still not been delivered
I have sent 4 emails in the last week asking for an update and they just ignore them.
I have now asked for a refund and no reply.

I placed an order for an E-Bike on…

I placed an order for an E-Bike on their website which said they had it in stock. A few days later, they emailed me to say that they didn't have that particular bike in stock and offered me an alternative model. I said no and asked for a refund which never happened. I managed to get a charge-back from my bank however. Judging from previous reviews with other customers with the same situation, I would say this is a fraudulent merchant.

Don't normally write negative reviews, neither do I slate a company. But getting rather impatient now, made an order Thursday the 29th for the electric scooter,
Saturday I had an email saying out of stock but not yet refunded. It's now Monday and money still not hit the bank, this company takes money out of kids mouths, quick enough with the transaction from my side. Joke, if something isn't in stock then put out of stock don't let hundreds of people pay for something they will never receive, if it's not back in my account tommorow, I will have to open a dispute with my bank, ignoring all my emails, wish I read reviews first, avoid this company at all costs

Ordered a scooter a few weeks ago, no update and no product received, have emailed multiple times but no response. Even messaged you directly on FB and LinkedIn and still no response. Please can you return the funds to my account asap. I no longer want the goods, my order is #1168

Excellent experience

Ordered a bike and M365 scooter from this company for my young ones. It was delivered promptly and customer service was amazing from James and John. Wonderful build quality and straight-forward to assemble.

Both items ride very well as my son explains. Great communication from James and team on building and operating the bikes...satisfied customer, recommended to my colleagues.

AVOID!!

AVOID!!! At first when they taken my money they was replying and happy to help.. then they just stopped it took 2 weeks for delivery when they say 3-5 days it got here anyway and i was happy with it until it came to its first charge and the charger got stupidly hot. I did email them and as usuall like alot of people by the looks of it got ignored 20km into the bike the front light has fell off so had to make shift that back on the handlebars keep needing adjustment the hinge on the body of the bike is flimsy and needs to be physically lined up otherwise wont lock properly rear mud guard thin metal pole rubbing on tyres so had to adjust that brakes loud and not far off useless cabling on wires to front handlebars are already coming apart... now the battery they charge £430 or whatever it is and they claim with pedal assistance it will do and average range of 50miles... thats a lie.. if i was you i would definitely shop around i would email these all these faults but after not hearing back from any other email after i paid for the bike i dont see much point.. the bike is cheaply made and overpriced i wish i went elsewhere for the money ive spent... i know their will be a reply to this of sorry for the inconvenience but we are busy blah blah blah its been weeks.. was looking forward to buying this to be ruined by these ordered on the 9th of april didnt get here until close to end of april

Bought the 365 max 500 watt

Bought the 365 max 500 watt, had it 3 days and everything was fine, then my power button seems to be stuck, scooter turns on if I put charging lead into it, then when I unplug charger the scooter switches itself on, I can ride it, but it won't switch off, can anyone help me as I luv the scooter
