I found out after waiting for a few days an order was delivered to another dealer 2 hours away and the rep is now delivering it a week later.

Another shipment of arms that was not ordered was sent to my client.

The sales rep we have been working with since 2018 has been amazing. Great service, always prompt communication and really a quality product. We have had several 24/7 use chairs since 2018 and they have done great for the operators. The standard office chair has also been very popular for the office workers here as well.

I have a wonderful ergonomic chair from Bodybilt! It has changed my life dramatically by allowing me to be in the correct position to be on my laptop a few hours a day. I have degenerative disc disease among other spinal issues. I could not be on my laptop for 30 minutes before crippling pain prevented further connection with the world. The chair is robust and the sales rep was knowledgeable about the best solutions for my specific needs. After about 6 months the air pump lumbar system would not hold air overnight. The customer support was a bit slow to respond but ultimately delivered the replacement parts quickly once my request for help made it to the top of the support list. I highly recommend this company and their well-designed chairs.

I receive excellent service form Bodybilt. I spend most of my day in an ESD chair (model J2507) at an electronic bench. The chair in question had casters that had failed and had become dangerous to sit in. I contacted Bodybilt and they helped me get replacement caster under warranty and bam! I'm back in business! Thanks Bodybilt! Quality companies and service are becoming rare!

Barkos, came out and met with our end user and help determine what kind of chair would be needed for his type of work, he delivered a sample chair to help confirm what type of chair would be needed, once approved, it was ordered and installed. overall nice easy approach.
