I have bought several products from them through several orders and have only had issues with them once product quality is very decent and time to delivery is quite good would definitely recommend them.

So far I’ve ordered from this company around about 20 times in the last couple of years and have never had any problem what so ever.

The products are very high quality and at a reasonable price.

I had a confirmation email with all the details of what I ordered and 2 working days later another email letting me know where my package was and a tracking number for it.

All in all very happy so far!!

I received an order from them last week (Bms noxplode ) and the product was already open and the product leaked everywhere. And I have 2 weeks until the expiry date to finish the product. I have called and they apparently no longer accept phone orders and emailed twice last week and no response. I am not even sure if the product is genuine. And may need to contact trading standards

great products and incredibly good prices. unfortunately next day delivery uses Hermes who are a terribly unreliable courier service so avoid it. customer service are usually great when you can get through to someone who isn't just copying and pasting prebaked replies. overall average/fair though that may change as I use them more.

I placed an order back in November and was charged twice for it! I recieved my package and it was fine. But getting in touch with customer service is practically impossible! After trying for a LONG time I finally got them to return the extra amount I was charged, but only for the actual order. They STILL havn't returned the extra shipping I was charged!!! I keep writing to them, but they don't reply, and it's very frustrating!

Great service, delivery always bang on time, and supplements are of a great quality, best bulk supplement supplier in the uk, uses many of their products and better quality than most online bulk companies, would definitely recommend

I have been ordering from bodybuldingwarehouse for a while now and always receive my items within 2 days. Always let me know when the items have been dispatched and when they will arrive. Their own brand protein tastes great and is great value for money. Will continue to buy for a long time!

I'm very sceptical about buying online from sports supplement webstores, I had very bad experience (e.g. Bodybuilding.com - Do not buy from that website - Total Scam!). This was my first online shopping experience with Bodybuilding Warehouse and I'll buy again and again! Excellent products, great prices, super-fast delivery, excellent communication. Highly recommended website, high trust company.
The only reason I gave it four stars is because many of the products I would like to buy were out of stock.

Best and affordable pricing on most products. Always sent notifications when they have shipped out my order. On poi t and satisfied. Lifetime customer right here. I recommend everyone to check them out. Will not be disappointed.

Yeah, bodybuilding warehouse carries great products . . . but seriously, so do other places. Their prices are about average too. So when they don't honor a measly 5% off coupon code for "liking" them on Facebook, and charge you for the so called "free" samples you can add along with your order (up to two, as they claim), AND don't answer any of your emails to customer service regarding these issues, but take the time to send you an email asking you to share your review of them . . . well, it sounds like they don't have a good handle on things. I won't be buying from them anymore.

This is the first time I am buying from BBW. I needed the stuff really fast but it did not come in time. I let it take its time and was surprised when it arrived that the stuff was good and the prices offered were the best in the market. So, if you need things in a hurry watch out! Other than that I loved this site and will use it again
