Driver just drove away while I was trying to inspect the hood. The body shop is having trouble adjusting it to fit the car

Needed to do a lot of body work to make these side skirts straight. Not what I was expecting. Had to use a tube of body filler and hours of finish work to male these look okay. Did not need to set in sun. Many inperfections and waves in the mold.

Shipping was smooth and arrived on time. Corner of the carbon fiber hood appeared to not be packaged safely enough. There is a rubbed down portion where it should be a sharp point like the other side. Only reason for a 4-star review.

Product showed uo damaged but we didnt open asap so that i will own. However the worst built Product i have ever seen. They respond to you but will not to anything to rectify problems. Highly would not recommend this company for anything.

As discussed in the emails there has been zero paint work done a can of quick check was used to show how terrible the craftsmanship was of the product. We dont have a issue with the shipping damage its all the poor craftsmanship and the fact we sent several pictures of that. Will stand behind the statement that you are a horrible company to do business with and it looks like your review status says the same. Wish i had looked that up before ordering from your company.

No response from company after purchase. Quality was extremely poor. It will cost me more to get the fitment correct then I spent on the whole kit. The wing fiberglass was so poorly drilled my body shop not sure it can be used at all. Was not happy with my purchase from this company and already shared it with my community.

Ordering and shipping was great very well packaged. Down fall no template to mount spoiler, and position of bolts seems little off had to do lots of drilling to be able to get bolts in.

Bumper was not good quality, had defects not readily apparent from box condition and was not a properly fitted mold.

I was promised rush shipping and got standard shipping waited for back ordered stuff and paid extra to change out hood and then be told they can’t fix me not getting rush shipping. I don’t know if I willl be shopping here again after this.

Parts I wanted Had a wait and was given option to wait on what was ordered or switch for available parts at same cost. Parts arrived a day early and packaged well.

Receive item measurement were a but off but made due great flexibility bot the primer came off on the end of bumper

BMW 5 series bumper doesn't work without a ton of modifications and willingness to not install OEM parts. I had to buy another one elsewhere. Side skirts were a a skin that didn't wrap around the original. Unless you want to glue to the parts to your car and try to fi it, don't buy. Working on month 3 trying to get a refund for a least the side skirts (yeah, I ate the cost of the bumper.)

At least customer service was responsive in the begiinning, but would not recommend, better options elsewhere.

I called to check in my order to see when my fenders would ship? I was told they were back ordered for 4 weeks and was disappointed and upset . Ivan explained to me that the colonnade the fenders to order. He fixed it by offering me a more expensive set of fenders for the same price that were in stock !!! Thank you so much !!!!

Product arrived with a small damage from transportation. I called and spoke with Ivan in customer service and he was very helpful. He stayed on the line while I submitted the proof ensuring that I documented everything correctly. He expedited my complaint and ensured that a resolution was promptly made.

Great customer service. I had issues with my taillight and they were able to get me one immediately. Probably one of the best customer service I’ve ever worked with.

Believe the reviews, and beware. My son placed an order late last week. He received an email stating that the billing and shipping address didn't match (which was not accurate, they match). In order to verify, bodykits.com is requesting he send a picture of his ID and credit card. Of the thousands of online orders I've personally made, I've never been asked to provide information like this. I guess providing his social security card was deemed a little too risky?!? After speaking with a "supervisor", I was told the only way to cancel the order was to send them an email. I guess talking to me live on the phone, on a recorded line, will not suffice. So now we wait and will be ordering the parts from a more legitimate company. Don't trust this company, something just doesn't seem right...

After seeing the response below from bodykits.com, I can appreciate the caution taken. He's had that email for years, maybe you are just seeing when he created an account with you? He did place the order while we were on vacation. That said, the form of fraud verification is not sound, and you should consider changing your policy. Asking for a picture of ID and the CC is not a safe way of verification, especially when email is dependent to do other things like cancelling an order. Which is the second point. The support line is worthless if no one there can solve any problems. Over a secure recorded line, I wasn't even able to cancel the order? It's a shame that something that could have been resolved so easily has created a pain in the butt for me and a lost customer for you.

Wring part and wrong year. Total stupidity and it is fiberglass not plastic with cheap screening(not ordered) and many , many problems.. Just junk and
worthless part from this company to say the least. Two months of waiting...anyone reading this just order from somewhere else or anywhere else...Then you wont be upset as the rest of us are.. company does not need to be in business.
