The products contain the wrong scoops
The products contain the wrong scoops. A scoop of creatine should be 3g. But it's 9g!! I wonder how serious a company is that doesn't manage to deliver the right scoops.

Some products (eg EAA and BCAA) are hygroscopic and are therefore lumpy. However, this is not a quality defect. We do not use a plastic foil underneath the lid for environmental reasons.
