Brilliant day, very insightful yet totally relatable. John makes you feel at ease whilst tackling difficult topics and even draws on his own personal experiences to give content and perspective. I already have counselling qualifications so I think level 2 would be great for anyone just starting out and I personally think Level 2 is the bare minimum that all staff should have under their belt. It was interesting to see how much and how little people know on these topics. Its a must for all organisations IMO.

I attended the First Aid for Mental Health course 26 & 27February 2022. I was concerned whether it was going to be wishy washy. Nothing could have been further from it; the course was amazing.

As a former infantry soldier of 25yrs and an employee of a special needs housing association with many mental health Awareness courses completed, I thought I knew a great deal. However, the depth and detail of the course opened my eyes and the lecturers delivered the content realistically empathetically. At times it was challenging and emotional but the lecturers led the course gently through the syllabus amazingly. I’d recommend this course to anyone.

Excellent course would highly recommend body & mind First aid training John was brilliant very knowledgeable and the way he teachers it really helps you to take it in and could be the difference in somebody living or dying in a emergency after taking the course I am confident that I now have the skills to give someone in need a higher chance of surviving Thanks for everything John.

A very well creditable company full of instructors with first hand experience they have walk the walk, and been through the mill to come out the other side. The training is very enjoyable and it’s not just information being shoved down your neck it’s real life stuff that you can relate too. Amazing experience, something I believe should be a standard requirement in the work place.

Powerful and compelling, there is nothing like the voice of experience to bring a subject to life and these instructors have buckets full of it. Highly Rated.

Top quality first aid training by these guys. They use rather advanced training equipment to help you develop your skills as a first aider. But most importantly they make it fun and keep you engaged, which for me makes it so much easier to learn
